We went to the Kitchen and Bath Showplace for a bathroom vanity. After sitting down with a salesperson, he would get all the details and call us back with a final quote. We never heard back, so we called them. We were told that our numbers were being finalized and they would call us. We never heard back, so we called again. We were then told our vanity had been discontinued.
So we continued our search for a vanity and when we found one we like online, the Kitchen and Bath Showplace was listed as a local retailer. So we called them for a quote. Same story. They told us it was close to closing time, so they would fax the quote next day. Quote of course never came, so we called. We were redirected to a voicemail system. Never heard back.
