Photography at it's BEST!!! 10/5/2010

I can't say enough great things about Sandy and her great talent!!! She is amazing with children!! I just had my third child and he just had his newborn pictures done and they are beautiful!! She captures a moment that you will have forever!!! I did the Baby Plan with my first two children and will with my third. I highly recommend it produces great memories for yourself, your family and for your children to share in the future. She truely is amazing!!! more

DON'T BUY INTO THE GIFTCARD YOU RECEIVE IN THE MAIL!! 3/21/2008

TERRIBLE EXPIERENCE. SANDY WAS VERRY RUDE, THINK SHE WAS UPSET I DID NOT BUY INTO THE WHOLE BABY PLAN THING ( FOR $3600 I CAN PROB BUY MY DAUGHTER HER 1ST CAR) PRICING INFO WAS NOT EXPLAINED CLEARLY SO I CHOSE TO RESCHEDULE MY APPT INSTEAD OF BEING FAST TALKED INTO SPENDING MORE THAT I HAD EXPECTED. WHEN I CALLED BACK TO SCHEDULE MY APPT I WAS 1 ST ASKED WHAT I DECIDED TO BUY ( TOTAL OF @ $850) THEN WAS TOLD THEY COULD NOT FIT ME IN FOR OVER 1 MONTH. DO YOU REALLY WANT TO DO BUSSINESS WITH SOMEONE WHO DOES NOT APPRECIATE A $850 PURCHASE?? Pros: STUDIO WAS VERRY CLEAN, NOT BUSY AT ALL Cons: INFO NOT CLEARLY EXPLAINED, STAFF WAS RUDE WHEN I DIDN'T MAKE A LARGE ENOUGH PURCHASE, NO THEMED OR SEASONAL SCENES. more

Excellent Photography Experience 2/14/2008

I've heard the horror stories from other mothers who take their kids to Sears, JCPennys etc for photos. They are high pressure and they go home with the same pictures that every other child has. more

kingston studios A+ for service 4/4/2006

Customer service does still live! The ultimate in comfort for parents. They are equipped with everything from diapers, changing table, toys, and best of all the photographer is excellent with the children. I went to Sears for all of my first childs pictures. I wish I had known about this place. You cannot even compare the quality, atmosphere and service. It is a bit more bit more cost wise, for me it was more than worth it. Pros: staff, quality, atmosphere Cons: value more
