Everything was what I hoped for in an apartment that had such low rent. The place was real clean when I moved in and I think not leaving food out really kept the bugs and critters out. It was comfortable and the restaurants, markets and cafes around are great. Who needs a dull colorless neighborhood? Kids run free in the streets and that says a lot. more

Kingston park apartments are the absolute worst apartments you could ever move into. Maintenance is NOT 24/7, and takes forever and a day (literally) to fix a problem. I lived there for 4 months and they never placed a light in the refridgerator. You apartment will become infested with spiders ( daddy long legs), roaches, maggots, flies, and mice. NOT A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR CHILDREN OR ADULTS. Your neighbors are nasty and eat dinners and drink beers in the hallway, without discarding their mess. You can hear your neighbors very well through the walls, walking, running, bouncing balls, and so forth. The hallway lights are always being broke, and makes your entrance at night very scary. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR SAFETY renting from kingston park apartments. I had a 12 month lease and left after 4. Leaving all of my brand new furniture for fear of bringing any pest with me. Moving here, because I was looking for cheap rent was one of mty BIGGEST mistakes. more
