Spent a weekend 9/10/2013

Spent a weekend at this B&B and had a wonderful time. The area is quiet and the innkeepers were extremely helpful and knowledgable about the area. If you want more bang for your buck come here and you will certainly get it! more

Can`t recommend more highly!...The owner is wonderfully warm, the rooms are cosy and very private. The breakfast is excellent, multiple kinds of cereal, fruits and fresh bread. I would recommend this place! more

Affordable Inns 8/1/2013

We really recommended Kings Inn B and B for everybody! Very clean place, very cozy, best service! Very relaxing, perfect location, very good restaurants around! Take you kids on walk in DE, wonderful city! You will enjoy!!! more

Bed and Breakfast Inn 8/1/2013

The other couple we traveled with arranged our stay at the Kings Inn B and B. I had expected to be disappointed based on some of the reviews and even their website. However, I was pleasantly surprised! This property is located in a quiet residential area. It is a very clean, spacious, well maintained, and comfortable. The young women who was “inn-sitting” was extremely friendly, efficient, and helpful. The pool and spa were very clean and the perfect temperature. Our room was very warm at check-in, but we cranked up the air and all was perfect once we returned from exploring the area DE is such a wonderful country town. Kings Inn B and B would definitely be on the top of my list for a girl’s weekend getaway or as a great place to stay when you have a full agenda – golf, biking, visiting friends in the area, etc. more

Accommodations 8/1/2013

I was looking for a hotel that offered a "suite" as I was traveling with my 4 year old son and 9 month old daughter. I booked a 1 bedroom suite at the Kings Inn B and B hoping that it would be a good fit...and it was! The hotel room felt more like a 1 bedroom apartment. It had a full kitchen, living room and bedroom. The bedroom was far enough from the living room that when I put my daughter to bed early, the noise from living room did not disrupt her sleep. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. My ONLY complaint is that it was a 103 degree day. It was perfect and I would definitely stay there again when I come to DE. more

We had a most memorable time in the Kings Inn B and B , we just can`t say enough good about the accommodations and amenities; the beautiful mansion and perfectly appointed touches, exceptional staff, luxurious treatments from the best soap I`ve ever used to perfect linens to the most delicious personally served breakfast in bed......up the "coolest" spiral "light bathed" stair case to the private 3rd floor attic......all very private. The bath/spa area is divine......with an unbeatable two person shower, spa for two,and memories for a lifetime. We hope to return, it would be PLEASURE. THANK YOU!!! more

Cheap, clean, and plenty of character. Nice bathroom (which is principally what I base a hotel experience on). Hotel attendant was great, drew a map of dinner spots I was trying to find. more

Great Hotel 1/22/2013

Great Hotel! Position is perfect for anyone who`s wanting to stay in the downtown without paying too much. The rooms are really clean, there is free WiFi and the service quality is good! I`ve spent 10 days at the hotel and will surely come back again if I will be back in Lewes! more

We decided to take a mini-vacation up to Lewes - from the moment we drove up Friday night to when we left Sunday, the service was impeccable. We had our 3 yr. old with us, the bell hop, seeing we had an ice chest for her milk, offered to bring us some ice. So great. Room service was fast, prices reasonable and the room was very clean. Big plus from the wife. Thank u more

Great service!! We stayed here 4 nights and everyone is very friendly :) great price!!! Good area!! Would not recommend going south of sutter in the night time, but other than that, the area is good. tip: buy passes at wallgreens for bus and cable cars! more
