Kingma's Meats

Good: meats, fruits, vegetables, staff,cheeses &all dairy specials are aptly named !. Bad: prices, but who complains about lower prices ?. Improvements: more SPECIALS, OF COURSE !. Other: THIS IS A NICHE STORE, thus I do not expect Walmart or Meijer prices. It is what it is . . GREAT !. more

Kingma's is a the best fresh meat market I have been too. their prices are fair. You might a tab bit more but for fresh meat that you know is good, it is well worth it. They carry fresh vegetables from local farmers. They also carry tons of gardening supplies and reasonable prices on their flowers. more

Kingma's is a cute little market in the middle of Cheshire Village. It has all the basics of a little market, milk, eggs and what not. They also have a meat market which I prefer to any other in town. They have the best meatloaf around. You just buy it and go home and put it in the oven. It is that easy. I also love their pulled pork. They have little specialty breads and cheeses. They also have a huge produce department. Of course who can resist the cookies at the checkout. This is a place you must try. more

Kingma's Meats is inside Kingma's market....they have the top notch meats along with the added bonus of the rest of Kingma's market for specialty items. The meats are always fresh and thevariety is wonderful...They have everything from turkey / ham deli meat, homemade chicken salad (My favorite), ground beef, homemade Churrizo, pork cutlets, marinated shiskabobs to whole chickens and hams...They also make a wonderful burrito and pizza for you to just pop in your freezer for an instant meal! more

Kingma's is a great store for all the basics (milk, eggs, bread, etc) as well as an excellent source for fresh produce, breads, and meats(see Kingma's Meat for more details on this!) The prices for the basic items like milk, bread etc is comprable to most the stores in the area...But the selection of fresh produce and specialty items is something you would never get in a typical grocery store. Things like a variety of fresh mushrooms, olives, cheeses (chunk, slices and shredded), breads and meat. Kingma's is also a great place for that unique gift / card. They have a ton of specialty gifts such as flower vases, cooking / serving dishes, home decor etc Items you will find no where else in the city! The meat portion does close at 7pm and the store itself at 8pm, so shop early!! more
