We've never been to the original King Street Blues in Old Town, but have gone to the King Street Blues in Kingstowne often.
Look in your mail box for "buy-one-get-one-free" entree coupons, which we have used a lot and enjoyed! Their food is generally New Orelans style, with a little southern BBQ mixed in. The food is pretty reliable, and sometimes very good! Service is usually pretty good as well. The cornbread that comes with a lot of the entree is very yummy, as are the daily special fruit cobblers. They have a good variety of beers on tap, too.
