Bumper and everything turned out better then before! Only thing I would suggest is check the car before giving it back. That way the bolts they forgot to put would have been seen and then I would not have had to come back. Remember people are human and it happens people forget things I did not mind coming back. I got into an accident on the highway. We exchanged papers. I had an hour ride and during that time, I contacted the insurance companies and told them which shop I wanted to use, which was King Collision Centers. I called them up and went straight there. They had a rental car ready for me. They had my car ready in two weeks. Everything went smoothly. I would definitely go back there again. Knowing their reputation, why wouldn't I go back? From start to finish, my experience with King Collision Center of Pembroke was very good. Everyone there was great and genuinely nice. From the people in the office to the technicians everyone there is so helpful and professional and really on top of things. They were able to get a rental car delivered there at the shop for me to pick up and let me drop it off there too which was very convenient. I can't say anything bad about the entire thing. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. You can even go online after five to see pictures of the progress they've made on your vehicle, which is very reassuring. Everything turned out perfect, my vehicle looks and runs great! more

They have excellent communication and initiated communication with us throughout the repair. So far, so good. We have gone back for a couple of glitches to be fixed, but they've been great. King Collision Center is the only place I trust my car to be serviced. From the minute you walk in, somebody is there to greet you and is ready to assist you. They are efficient and responsive. They have great follow through and really help you throughout the entire process. They even take care of the insurance company stuff, so there's no headache having to deal with that. My recent experiance 2/6/2011

Once again I found myself at King Collision getting my car repaired. This is my thrid time here for a different car every time I have come it is better then the last. This time I did nothing. King contacted my insurance company and all I did was sign the papers and it was out of my hands. I was back in the drivers seat with in two weeks with constant up-dates on the progress of my car. It was such a great experiance I would recommend King collsion to any of my friends looking to repair damage to there car. Michael Schromm more

I was not completely satisfied 2/1/2011

I thought the process took too long. Brian never got back to me. I had to do all the calling. I noticed a burning smell in the engine area after and assumed it was from the work but when i went to get an oil change about a week later they found large pieces of plastic stuck under the car from king collision and much of it was burned on one of the pipes. it still smells a bit after about 3-4 weeks of having my car back. RESPONSE FROM King Collision Centers: Ms. S is a valued repeat customer of King Collision Centers. It is disappointing to hear that she was not completely satisfied with her experience this time. After reviewing her file, it appears that the repairs may have taken longer than expected due to an apparent 7 day delay, which was a result of waiting for parts to arrive. Once the parts arrived, King Collision Centers completed the repairs in a timely manner. The timing of when the vehicle was in for repairs collided with two holidays and a large snow storm, which resulted in the loss of production time. King Collision Centers may have missed an opportunity to call the customer with an update about midway through the repair. This oversight was a result of the short holiday weeks as well as the unscheduled snow storm, which forced King Collision Centers to close our facilities that day. King Collision Centers takes customer communications very serious and understands how important it is for our customers to be up to date on the progress of there vehicle. That's why at King Collision Centers, on top of calling our customers at certain repair stages with verbal updates, posts each day on there website a photo showing and explaining the department and step which the vehicle is currently in. We appreciate Ms. S pointing out this mistake we made and we are very sorry for letting her down. Letting us know how she feels about this communication error confirms how important communication is and this will certainly help King Collision Centers get better going forward. Often during repairs, vehicles are covered with a plastic "collision wrap" to protect it from the elements. A "car cover" is also used while it is in our paint department. There must have been a portion of either one of those plastic covers which was unseen upon removal, which then melted to the exhaust pipe, causing the burning smell. Unfortunately, Ms. S. never notified King Collision Centers of the issue. If Ms. S is still not 100 satisfied with the repairs, she is urged to contact King Collision Centers ASAP so they can help. Ms. S was given a lifetime written warranty upon delivery of her vehicle, so all it will take is a phone call to arrange a convenient time for her to bring the vehicle to King Collision Centers to rectify any issues she may have. King Collision Centers is dedicated to earning Customers for life. We Promise You Will Be Satisfied. more

They take care of it all without any worries! 2/1/2011

My brand new Tahoe was run into by a backhoe. Ouch! I wasn't concerned about the obvious damage but was concerned with potential hidden damage that might not be addressed if brought it to "any old repair shop". From the moment I walked into King Collision I felt confident that any and all damage would be taken care of. I've never had a claim before, so I was extremely unfamiliar with the process. They reassured me that I wouldn't have to worry about a thing - they would take care of it all - and they did. I didn't have to deal with insurance company issues, rental car worries or, most importantly, that there was damage that wasn't repaired. All staff there were friendly, respectful and professional. My Tahoe was returned to me in excellent repair and cleaner than when I brought it in. Thank you, King Collision, for taking care of my Tahoe and me! more
