2/5 it could be better. Everybody is different in their own way. The nurse I had today was good, she talked to me, supports me, more should be like her.

Jyoti was very nice she was like my mom. She was respectful. Nikil was very good and nice, thank you everybody. Jyoti and nikil helped me and talked to me more

I’m thankful for everyone who gave me a hand. Everyone was good. Edna was good to me, fed me and makes me smile. Catalina was good, Donna, Layla and nikil was okay. Chayenne too. more

Overall, it’s a five. I would say that the kindness of the hospital through dinnesh who provided me with meals, abeshu the nurse who called me to inform me about the patient, Donna the day supervisor is very helpful, ferdie helped all the time to get the patient comfortable, Gloria cna is very helpful, Kayla cna has been very helpful. The physical therapy aides Anne and Cassy. Chayenne mostly, saves my life. The patient appreciates everything. Rosa from the kitchen too, she’s so good helping the patient with his nourishing menus. more

My experience was great but it’s the call button response. outside of the call button you guys are great but the response time for the call light is over an hour. That’s the biggest area of improvement. Rica rn was the only one who responded quickly. She impressed me. Scott RT is number one. He got me to the point where I can progress. He was supportive. Nikil and Rosie from rehab were great. They were thoughtful and patient with me. They have empathy. more

I enjoyed my stay, they made me feel comfortable. With physical therapy, they worked with me in detail which I really needed. The staff is amazing and everyone I had really helped me. more

My experience was excellent. Nurses were caring and they listened to me. The only thing I’d say is you’d be excellent more if you guys had more pt,ot, and rom. I got rom from junior but I needed more. I would definitely come back here if I needed to come back. more

Experience 4/7/2021

I’ve improved my speaking. I have more strength in my arms. I’m learning to stand so I can walk. Physical therapy is awesome. Respiratory is great, constantly checking on you to make sure you’re breathing. X-ray for food, they are very kind. Majority of my nurses were awesome. I love rehab down there. Nursing never knew my orders. For example, ice chip orders they never gave them to me or it took an hour to receive. I would have to yell or bang my leg to get their attention. more
