I bough skin care products, when products arrived, I am not happy with it (with various reasons) I called back to inform them that i will send them the package for return. They told me that I can NOT return, I only get credits, that was a surprise me since they was NOT indicate that during my order.. this business is really disappointed me :( more

My name is Valencia Walker I am 64 years old. A year ago I signed up with Kimberly Skin to try the Laser and skin treatments that they offer. This was the best I have made for my facial regimen. I am now on my 8th treatment with the laser and I could not be any happier and more satisfied with the wonders it has done to my looks. from my own experience, i can confirm that these people are true frauds. i read these negative reviews AFTER already going to Kimberly skin, so it save me. but thanks to the negative reviews, i was aware of the truth. they totally F**** up my face after several sessions. thank goodness MEDERMA healed my face<3. and i have a good story behind this....that proves they are frauds and stole our money, but its quite lengthy. im posting this for the benefit of others, cuz im not gaining anything outta this! trust me, believe me, im telling you all the truth. dont step into this place, dont ever sign any papers with these jackasses. i dont understand why do they have to be so cruel like this. i guess money plays such an important role in their life, that its causing them to ruin the life of others, just for the money. I definitely recommend Kimberly Skin Clinic for laser hair removal. The results are wonderful ! I used to have ingrown hairs on my face, legs, and bikini area from shaving and waxing. IF YOU HAVE SKIN PROBLEMS: Go to the real Dermatologist ( an M.D Doctor who is specialized about skin). Check if they have their license and make sure their license is in active. Research them using Internet. Do not go to a Pharmacist, they are not a skin Doctor. Ask for a written Guarantee before paying up front. Pay as you go, don't buy any non refundable package deals . IF YOU ARE ALREADY PURCHASED THE SERVICES: Taking pictures before and after each visit . Keep it for yourself. Bringing a witness with you every time. Document everythings. My fiance went to this place and was clearly scammed. Because her acne problem was very slight, they told her the treatment would help, but obviously they couldn't guarantee it. Their first lie. Her very slight acne problem worsened after "treatment" from this place. So $3,000 later and months of laser and facial treatments she is more dissatisfied with her face now than ever. When she first signed the contract, they stated emphatically that her condition wasn't as bad as the one's they've seen and thus, she may not even need the full treatment. Their second lie. They told her a cream would help (which should've been part of the contract), but was told it was an additional cost. Their third lie. The creamed turned out to be expired! The "doctor Kim" isn't a doctor at all. Their fourth lie. So there's fraud right there as she dares to wear a tag identifying herself as a doctor. The staff simply smile and say, "no problem" while trying to scam more products off of you. I feel horrible for her since she's so unhappy and she's devastated that her face worsened. more

THANK YOU DR KIMBERLY FOR SUCH A WONDERFUL JOB!!! I came to their clinic a year ago with severe acnes and scars. After talking to Dr. Kimberly, I felt much better because I know that there is still hope. We went over the treatment plan over the course of one year which involve taking NO ORAL MEDICATION.. This included laser monthly and acne extraction almost weekly. The Dr. who performed laser on me was very patient and he explained all the questions and concerns I have. I had heard about laser and went to a couple of consultations. I chose Kimberly Skin Clinic because they showed me a lot of before, during, and after pictures of patients who had the same problem I did. The people there are very friendly and make sure you are taken care of. I experienced improvement after about a month but after only 3 months there was drastic improvement in my skin.
