Killian Hill Animal Hospital

Since we were new to the Lilburn area, we were in need of a vet. After reading all the reviews for Killian Hill Animal hospital, I decided to disregard the review entitled ?Cold? as it didn?t seem credible. I am really glad that I did. I had a great experience and quickly made an appointment to bring our other dog in. more

I have been going to Killian Animal Hospital for over fifteen years now. When I started going there it was only . Doctor Brady. Things have changed over the years, they have gotten so much better. The staff is exceptional and Doctor Brady Doctor Hopper are the best. They are caring and always there to answer all concerns you have about your pets. I only wish their were more stars on this page. They are not a five star pet hospital. more like a TEN STAR. The location is great, the staff is the best, I could never say enough good things about Doctor Brady and Doctor Hopper. I have been using Killian Hill Animal Hospital for over 13 year and have been very happy with the care provided to my animals, and the attitude ot the staff. The staff are always friendly and courtious and are very knowledgable in thier field. I have recommended numerous people to thier facility and have had nothing but great feedback from them. I would not trust any other vets other than Dr Hopper or Dr Brady with the care of my animals, and I suggest you should not if you care about your animals. Pros: very knowlegable and caring more

I have never had anything but a positive experience at KHAH! The staff is always outwardly friendly and extremely efficient! I currently own 2 dogs that I know for a fact that I would not own without the wonderful people of this animal hospital! I wouldn't dream of taking my fury family members anywhere else! Pros: the staff (even that hyper blond kayleigh, the short haired receptionist & dr. hopper :P) Cons: i havent found one yet!! more

Drs. Hopper and Brady have been treating our pets for over 10 years now and we would never go anywhere else. Their clinic is always clean and the staff very attentive. The receptionists are friendly and efficient and the techs are pleasant and knowledgeable. During each visit, I have an opportunity to ask questions and explain symptoms. My pets are always well treated during visits and while being boarded. I would highly recommend this cllinic to anyone and have on several occasions. No one has been dissappointed. I wouldn't recommend Killian Hill Animal hospital to anyone. About the only thing that they have going for them is its clean and smells like perfume. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and I was rudely ushered into a room by a short haired receptionist who didn't even bother to greet me. I sat in the room for what felt like forever before an overly hyper blond tech, Kayleigh came into the room and grabbed my dog and took him to the ""back"". I didn't realize procedures couldn't be preformed in front of me. The exam and vaccinations were given in the back without my consent. Is there something they needed to hide? Why else wouldn't they preform his procedures in my presence. My dog was then brought back to me and Dr. Hopper came in the room, and basically told me the vaccinations and exam were done. And my puppy seemed healthy, then left the room. Some bedside manner she has. I assumed she must have been in some sort of hurry until I reached the lobby and realized mine was the only car in the lot. I didn't realize me coming to them with my animal was such an inconvenience. I will not be going back to Killian hill and I will tell everyone I know not to go. Pros: They were slow so I got in and out quickly...wonder why they were slow?? Cons: Everything, the attitude of staff as well as the doctor. They also wouldn't examine or vaccinate my pet with me present. more

After having had a horrible experience with our cat's previous vet, we decided to try Killian Hill. They had been highly recommended by several of our friends that we trusted and decided it couldn't be any worse than what Midnight had already experienced. What we found was doctors and staff that really care about the animals they see and who are willing to take the time to talk to the owners and make sure they address all our concerns. The staff is always friendly and it is obvious that they really like animals and that they love thier jobs. We cannot speak highly enought about the care that our cat has gotten there - he used to cry the entire way to his previous vet's office (after they went through a buy-out and *his* vet left) - but he just curls up in my lap and purrs now. Great people, great care, great location! Pros: Very competent and caring doctors and staff, Cons: Can't think of any more

Killian Hill has a very caring staff. They are more interested in treating your pets & caring that they are receiving the proper treatment than how much money is to be made off their patients. Appts. are readily available with people actually answering the phones. Doctors will phone back to answer any questions regarding your pet problems. Pros: great staff; plenty of parking; good location Cons: none I know of more

i can suggest something about my dog.they,dr.brady and hopper,willdiscuss signs and symptons.rather than just go ahead and make their own desions.dr.hopper wasted no time sending us to uga for hip exam.the techs and office staff are kind and have wonderful bedside manners.this is my choice for my german shepherd,rebel. i trust their judgement and the chance they give me to put my 2 cents in.stop by and see them.better yet,take your pet to see them.you will then see what i mean!!! frank davis october new entry.well there is a new plan of action.i take rebel in every 2 weeks for bath and medicated shampoo.now ruth at the front is always kind with a friendly smile.i met emily a vet tech.she was teaching and showing me how to give a proper bath.i sure hope she teaches me something else next time.she is good at teaching and explaining things to me.she is very kind also and good looking.if i were her dad i would ride in the back on dates.sweet girl.dr.brady was there in all his splendid glory.i understand that he has about a garage full of motercycles.he is a regular guy.he can put you at ease and you do not even know it.he listens and he hears what you are not saying.he has a sixth sense that he uses well.now for the queen............dr.hopper,what can i say.she takes care of something that i love so much ,MY DOG REBEL.she told me to go in the back so emily could teach me.these vets are few and i am so glad rebel and i found them.the prices are resonable.i hope you will see them at least once and you will see what i mean.call ruth to make and appt.then you can see what i mean.........frank and rebel Pros: see for yourself Cons: you must be kidding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more
