I purchased a vehicle from them Jule 2015 being that this was my second car I ever purchased on my own of course I was excited. When I first test drove the car everything was amazing with it but I did notice it needed an alignment (as what I thought it was but of course I'm no mechanic nor a car savey person) so I was like ok deal I'll take the car bc they agreed to do my alignment for free. As time went on I went ahead took it in to get the alignment by their alignment people at (Alignment and Brake Specialist) when the people there looked at my car they told me I needed my tire rod ends replaced before they could do the alignment so I went back to Killeen Auto Sales and told them what the shop told me and they set me up with a run down shop called (C&M Automotive Inc) to fix my tire end rods and then when I picked my car up from that my alignment still hadn't been done and was told to retake it back to the alignment people. I then take it back and not even a week later my car was doing the same bull it was doing prior to getting fixed, so at this point I was soo upset and asked my mom to take it as I don't have time through the day bc I'm a full time student and worker. My mom then takes the care for me and they tell her the power steering needs to be replaced. So my mom uses our warranty and pays the $100 deductible to get it replaced along with anything else they see that is covered under warranty. Again the car was going smoothly until about a week later the same issues came right back. So I decided not to even deal with the dealership anymore at this point and took my car to firestone. I then find out they didn't replace nor fix anything they stated they would. My car that is only about 5-6 months new to me and now has to get over $2,000 worth of work needing to be done on it just for it to be running and driving safely. Oh and to top it off my freaking driver mirror just pops off as I'm driving down the highway one day and is now just hanging there bc that will cost me another $300 to repair. more

If you cannot afford a brand new vehicle, then this is the next best thing. I have purchase two vehicles from this business and have walked away a happy person. They are negotiable, as well as really try to meet your needs. If they don't have what you are looking for, they will find it at one of their other car lots. They want your business and will make sure you are happy. This is important today, with the up rising costs and I recommend them highly! more
