I cannot recommend this facility based on the care received in the infant room. We pulled out child out after the first week and hired a nanny. Management was excellent though, we appreciated their understanding and hope that they can enforce improvement to the care of infants. more

I love this SCHOOL! It is a SCHOOL and not a daycare. They focuse on my child's education not just babysitting! The smart board does wonders on my child's education, he is coming home with better vocabulary, new topics of discussion on what he has learned for the week, dinner table has never been so conversational! The only problem I have is getting my child to leave there in the afternoons! I highly recommend this PreSCHOOL to everyone! more

My son has been attending this school since he was 4 months old and the quality of care at this school is excellent. \r \r As a working mother, finding a place that feels like home is one of the hardest decisions I've had to make. We have certainly found this with this group of loving individuals at KRK in Colonial Lakes. I love being able to watch my son over the web cameras anytime. \r \r I know in my hearts that the teachers and staff truly love our son and I couldn`t ask for more. Every teacher has been a blessing and the entire staff has such GREAT attitudes & wonderful personalities. \r \r I am truly thankful for Nasreen always having a open door to talk to familes. I had the worst experience at this facility. This place use to be the best until the good staff started leaving. this place has really changed with in the last couple of months. I would not recommend this childcare facility to anyone!!!! I promise you will not like this place!!!! more

If you are looking for an education for your child, it would be Kids R Kids # 12 I would highly recommend.They have educated and a friendly staff. The front desk and management go out of their way to meet the childs needs. This would be the next place after my own home for my children. Kudos to Kids R Kids # 12! more

If a parent is looking for peace of mind, you have come to the right place. From an educated and caring staff to very involved management, you could not ask for a better place to have your child or children in. They are learning, they are happy and also have gymnastics included. I LOVE the school and would highly recommend this place to anyone. Pros: Ambience and Service more

This location really is awful. We were here for about a month before we left. They hire these un-experienced people to watch your child. Don't get me wrong they have some wonderful teachers but most are not qualifed. WATCH OUT YOUR FAMILY DEPENDS ON IT. Cons: BAD EXPERIENCES LEFT A BAD TASTE more

\r \r \r MY SON GOT HURT ON 04-21-2008, HE GOT A LACERATION ON HIS EYE AND WAS SENT TO THE DOCTORS OFFICE. HE NOW POSSIBLY WILL HAVE A SCAR ON HIS FACE NOW. I SPOKE WITH THE OWNER , AND SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND YELLED . ALL I ASKED HER FOR THE INSURANCE INFORMATION SINCE MY SON DID GET HURT THERE. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE MY TWO OTHER SONS GRADUATED AT THIS SCHOOL. THEN THEY TRY TO DO A COVER UP LETTER THAT THEY WANTED ME TO SIGNTHTAT HE ONLY HAD A BOO-BOO. Cons: Management is really no good! I pray your kids dont'get hurt more
