I hope you read this before you end up in Kids Xpress. I wish I would have researched the company better.\r We should have known when we walked in the store and the person there (Barbara) yelled at us because she wanted to close the store for the night...\r But we found a bunk bed set that we really liked so we ordered it. We were dissatisfied at the delivery time (4 weeks!) but listened to her story about how they wait until the truck is full of merchandise before they send it.\r So today we finally had it delivered. We were told in the store that it comes with bunkie boards (we paid $1100. for this bunk bed) and that the delivery people will come in and set it up (you have to pay them $75.00 cash). BUT the delivery people said that they were told not to set it up.\r So, my husband calls the store and talks to Barbara.. she was VERY rude and yelling at him ""I TOLD you that they do not come with bunkie boards... I talked to your wife and told her that (she did NOT) and if you want the delivery people to set it up you have to pay them $200""\r Can you believe this?\r Nice customer service!\r I will NEVER go to this store/ but from them again.\r So if you ever end up in Kids Xpress in Hatfield, PA and are approached by Barbara - run... don't walk... out of there. I love the store, ""Kid Xpress"". All of the furniture, bedding, and accessories were adorable and at a reasonable price! I really reccomend this to everyone! Your Kids will love it! There are a different variety of themes from cribs to teen bedding. The sales people are very nice and friendly. A very amazing store! Pros: Adorable Furniture for toddlers and teens Cons: none so far more

Kid Xpress Inc is amazing. I worked with the owner Audrey, and she is so helpful. The store is so unique. I bought from her in 2006 and my furniture is still in great condition. I recommend going on Thursdays because that is when the owner is there and she works greatly with pricing them down at an unbeatble price. The store is filled with accessories and beautiful furniture. I recommended it to my friend Jeniffer and she bought from Kid Xpress Inc too. She loves the furniture because her boys beat up their furniture and it never lasts, but kid xpress' furniture is still lasting. This is the only thing i didn't like when I was there. The other sales person was trying to get me to get my furnitrure shipped (I think her name is Barbra or Debroh) but when i put the stuff in my husbands truck, it all fit. I was dissapointed, but in the end I was very happy with my furniture! Pros: Very helpful, Good quality furniture, unique Cons: Sometimes the furniture is damaged when shipped in, but they replace ,no charge more

I bought a bed & dresser & was delighted as they are the only toddler furniture store in the area. I originally asked for just a headboard & a footboard & told my sales person who is a manager that's all I needed, that I already had a bed. We spent the first bit of time searching catalogs that sold those items only & found it was more cost effective to buy a bed. While she was inputing the sale, she asked if I need a bunkie board. Then she looked at my daughter & said I probably don't need it because my daughter seemed calm. I asked her what it was & she said it can be used for extra support for when kids jump on beds. I then told her I needed it as my daughter jumps continuously on beds. The bunkie board was $80. When my husband picked up the furniture she had to close the store down to get the items, then realized we owed a balance so they had to go back to the store to pay. My husband said she was very disorganized & seemed frazzled. Then he realized the items would not fit when during the sale she literally looked at my car from the window a& said her son had the same car & I didn't need to have shipping. When we put the bed together, we found the bunkie board did NOT fit over or under our box spring. Only to find out you use one or the other. The sales manager never took the time to use her expertise & find out exactly what I had. She should have known if all I needed was a foot & headboard that I had everything else. In fact, I am the consumer & not the expert & purchased items based on the info. she gave me. Well, after one week of phone calls of which her tone and customer service skills were unacceptable, they did not take it back. I was very calm & really felt that neither I nor she asked enough questions during the sale & now I'm stuck with a huge full-size bunkie board that they keep in stock & should take back or give store credit. She wouldn't let me talk to the owner & they did not call me back to give final resolution, I had to call Pros: cute furniture, seems good quality so far...
