Our experience at Kia of Coatesville on Saturday, April 5th, 2014 was superb. Jason Brandt is very friendly and extremely knowledge on the Kia vehicles. It was a pleasure working with Jason. We felt very informed and educated on the vehicles, our purchase and the overall operations of the vehicle was explained to us in detail. It was probably the most pleasant car buying experience in many, many years. I hated this process for years and would make the salesperson come to my home with car and paperwork for many years. It was not the back and forth a million times,the salesman was not like the last one at all. James is most professional and listened to ""me"" and did not belittle me as woman. The paperwork was fast and it was truly a very busy dealership while we were in the building. more

Tommy was exceptional at helping me find a Kia Soul to replace the one that was totalled in an accident. He quickly understood my needs and wants and offered several options that would work for me. He went above and beyond expectations by seeing to it that my rental car was returned for me, contacting our insurance company, and helping me get the exact options I desired. Al had previously sold a car to my parents who have been nothing but 100% satisfied with the vehicle as well as the service they received from Al. I would highly recommend Al to anyone when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. He was quick to get the deal done and I did not have to sit around to play a numbers game. NEVER buy a used car from here. They are nice when making a deal but as soon as you step out they could care less the they sold you a piece of junk. They have a very smug attitude and are not willing the help at all. They will sell you on a car and have you pay for an extended warranty that will not even cover the work that need done. They will cover up problems on the car so when you buy it, it is on you to fix it. they are nothing but scam artist. I have only been in my car for 11 months and have to dump over a $1000 to get it inspected. Their solution is hey let us rip you off by letting us sell you another car and the only thing i would have to do is but $4000 down. PLEASE BEWARE!!! NEVER buy a car here. they will sell you on something and the minute you walk out the door with it you become a piece of gum on the bottom of their shoe. more
