This is perhaps the worst Indian restaurant I've ever been to in USA. When I entered the restaurant, there was a Pakistani/Indian man who was whispering something to an underage Pakistani/Indian waitress. After a minute or two of staring at them, they very pessimistically offered me a table and asked me to wait for 5-10 minutes for their buffet to start, even when the restaurant was supposed to open at 11 and I entered at 11:35.\r

The food itself was way below average, and it seemed that they used a lot of baking soda/powder to puff up the food so that the overall consumption may be automatically reduced. Most of the Indian restaurants in the U.S. play this trick, so I won't implicate KP if they are culprits too.\r

Customer service was really ridiculous. The first glass of water (that too, warm) that was provided was the only glass offered. The under-aged waitress did ask me if I needed more water, but that was after I had finished my whole meal; pathetic! Even to pay the bill, I had to literally request the head-waiter, who seemed to be pretty uptight.\r

I offered a $50 bill to pay for the buffet, and the waiter seemed annoyed as he didn't have change. Really? Anyway; I paid using a $20 note and the waiter didn't even care to provide me with the receipt. He probably didn't even enter the transaction in the system so that he can evade paying taxes on this transaction.\r

When I asked the waiter for a receipt as I needed it for expensing, he bluntly picked one FROM THE GARBAGE and rudely offered it to me. I didn't want to touch that dirty piece of paper but I had no choice as I realized that I'm dealing with another pathetic Pakistani/Indian restaurant.\r

I'm not surprised that no one eats at this place. Even in Chicago Downtown on a Friday afternoon, there were just two naive couples who entered the restaurant. I really wish that the managers of this restaurant soon realize that what they call a ""restaurant"" is actually a mess.
