The drive-thru was running what seemed to me very slow tonight. Then when I got to the window I was told it would be an additional 15 minutes before my food would be ready. Needless to say, I was not pleased. However, Luida went above and beyond to make my inconvenience and dinner be what I expected and more. She was friendly, apologetic, and pleasingly offered up a close substitute that was more than satisfactory to me. The customer service and human kindness that Luida exhibited tonight is rare and it was way more than I expected. And she did all of this with a smile. The colonel would have been pleased!!!
