I feel the other reviews may be the same poster using different accounts... However my fiance and I had a great experience from start to finish with keystone custom homes. Great communication with the advisors, design center, project manager and the warranty expert. Our house was completed on time with no corners cut, we visited the site daily and never saw anything shady. The upgrades we picked were fair and we saw no gimmicks with pricing. Overall, was a pleasant experience and we have a wonderful home now. I highly recommend keystone to anyone looking to build a home! more

Shoddy work, terrible company, arrogant management 11/26/2015

Terrible company.does not honor warrenty. Land drainage problems before build not addressed, just false excuses. Concrete substandard. 30 patches to garage floor.blames everyone except it's self. Yard a total mess. No top soil, just rocks and clay. Landscaping contractor ineptitude worse ever. Customer beware. more

I would give them 0 stars but that is not an option. Bottom line, all dissatisfied homeowners need to get a class action lawsuit and sue Keystone. Worst experience of my life. Living in this house has been anything but the dream my family and I wanted and they advertise to give to buyers of their "custom" home. I would like to go on and on, but at this point will not solve our problems with Keystone. more
