So, I opened an account in August because they offered a free GPS if you signed up for direct deposit and made a purchase with their debit card. I got the direct deposit going. The person at KeyBank who opened my account ordered my debit card and soon it arrived in the mail. \r

So I contacted them. ""Oh,"" they said, ""Yes you did do the right things, but you didn't use the right kind of KeyBank debit card, so you don't qualify."" I said, ""I used the card you gave me when I signed up, how could it be the wrong card?"" Their answer to that? ""We offer excellent customer benefits. We hope you'll stay with us as a customer."" \r
