Stay away from this place . Ruined springs on my car by leaving car up on lift for weeks .Complained but was told they were streached and would settle back in . Went back again and was told the springs were fine had to go to Doge who replaced all four springs they were all bent cost 900 bucks Nothing like having to pay for someone eles poor workman ship The owner wanted nothing to do with doing the right thing or even CARING THAT HE TURNED OUT AN SAFE CAR TO DRIVE ON THE ROAD more

key auto sucks 9/29/2011

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !!!!!! Stay far away from this place car was in accident on 8/8 insurance did there job and key didnt 3 weeks after I get a call from guy "what are we doing with this car" here I thought the car was done he never touched it so I wait and wait and finally car done on 9/20 six weeks later and now the car has a/c compressor problems but they didnt hear anything. NO ONE test drove the car. I found out how horrible they are after my car was there never let the police choose who your car is taken too. Do your homework before No one should take there scooter to them no less there car. Office people are real nice until you go to pick car up no one was there just one guy who didnt want to be bothered we me or my car just wanted money..please for your sake stay away I will be seeing my lawyer about the treatment i have received. more

i am very particular where to have my service done and Key Auto Body is the only shop that answered my questions and worries regarding my repairs. excellent service, very well trained and knowledgable staff - Chet handled my initial estimate and Leo kept me abreast of the repair status. beautiful job on my 2010 Mercedes Benz and even my delaer couldn't find a thing on the repairs! \r \r very friendly staff and very knowledgable ... more

Rip Off 10/16/2010

Stay as far away as possible. They're prices are outrageous and they doubled the price in less than a day. I would give them negative stars if I could. more

Great Experiences 3/24/2008

So I may have totalled two cars. But Key Auto Body took great care of me, handled the insurance company, and even wrote a statement in my defense for a trial. This place really knows how to treat people. A very well-run shop, with only the highest quality of work. Would bring my car there now, even though I live 90 minutes away. They are that good. more

Good Service, Friendly Guys 11/22/2005

Key Auto Body is a good place to take your car to for any body work. These guys really know their stuff, and they are quick with the turnover. I left my car there for some minor fender work and they had it done within 48 hours. The prices are good too, very reasonable. I feel confident enough to send my clients and friends there for work also. Very trustworthy. more
