I've lived around the globe, learning via varied eye-care experiences that Dr.Katz's practice is state-of-the-art CARE. Despite now living 350 miles away, I continue to rely upon Dr.Katz and his OUTSTANDING staff. TSO-Galveston is a cohesive family of caring professionals, and I'm fully confident that that my orbs couldn't "be in better hands." In addition, the frame selection for glasses is AWESOME, comparable to any I've seen stateside. TSO-Galveston is an all-round CLASS ACT. more

Thanks Dr. Katz for taking the time to show me all the wonderful technology behind the eye exam. It is nice to have it explained too so that I am part of the decision making and can see for myself that there is nothing I need to worry about. I love the modern technology where photographs can show what the inside of the eye looks like. Your staff are great too and it was a good experience. more

Staff Was Excellent 12/22/2011

I had ordered a new frame front, which was shipped quickly, the lenses were installed while I waited & the staff members actually made a recommendation & were able to 'cross sell' additional items for my frames, which I ordered while I was there, and will pick up when they arrive. more

Service review 12/17/2011

Best service ever. The only problem is parking. Had to add money to meter while working on getting glasses and then meter did not work. Had to chase down meter man to prevent ticket. Realize this is not directly your issue but a parking lot would be great. more

TSO Galveston is the best! 12/4/2011

Ten years ago, some local ophthalmologists failed to diagnose my cataracts and I went to Dr. Katz who examined me and recommended surgery. Since that time, I will only go to TSO for all my visual needs. From the exam through the choosing of frames and lenses, nothing is rushed and I feel very confident in the care given by TSO. more
