Running a mobile home community and loving it! As the owner of Kenyon Landing I read this review and sadly know who wrote it and why. My apology. The residents at Kenyon Landing are a great group and do not deserve to have this type of reporting on their home. The staff takes pride in serving the residents. Our community is made up of a diverse group of people; hard working, interesting , and caring. While their are challenges, I would hardly refer to crew as a couple of jokers. The crew this week alone crawled under dozens of homes to help people with water freeze ups. Temp.10 below ..All of our personal numbers are available to residents so we may better serve them. While we cannot make 200 residents happy all the time, we do try to listen and see what can be done to help .I do not think the type of car the owner drives should be mocked. I think it says something that the direction I drive it in most is to work. I love to spend my time committed the success of our community . In 11 years the improvments we made have be applauded by all.If you have a complaint we ask you speak with us ,put it in writing. There is no value in the staff not doing all they can, to do a good job. The residents like them and they like their job. There is certainly no value in knocking someones community ,when they work hard to keep their family in a home where people care about them .You can pick up your phone and our staff is there to help .What makes a mobile home park good is the people and the rules ,even the little ones.We have some of the best people around living and working here .So I respectfully say, if you can't be part of the solution. you must be part of the problem .Our office is always open by appointment with a smile .Stop in and talk about this. \r
