LIke any other nail/hair salon 12/5/2005

Kellys is like any other nail/hair salon. It's not big, or fancy. They don't really offer any special services. They do good work. The smell of the nails when you're getting your hair done is a little overwhelming. I have had both. It's not a bad salon. They are small town people trying to offer big city services and in my opinion fall a little short. They are good if you are in a bind and need something done quickly. Not bad, not great...just kind of there. more
