I have used KSAC for quite some time now. Although the vet is very soft spoken at times and to the point, his care is sincere and thorough. He knows his business and he definately knows animals. I would recommend Dr. Bob Sanders, and have, to anyone. And his clinic is very affordable. We own dachshunds which are costly animals and wouldn't trust ANY other vet with them. Because we have three, he gives us a break on costs and never compromises his services. A++++ For KSAC! more

High recommend this clinic! 7/1/2010

On a recent trip, we were greatly in need of a veterinarian. We looked online, read all of the reviews, called the number before opening, spoke with the vet, and were there at 9 am. This veterinarian was knowledgeable, spent time with us, and didn't take advantage of us because we were just traveling through Tennessee. We are very particular about care for our dogs so we have added this clinic to our contacts and will go to them again if we ever need a vet in this area. Great experience. more

MOUNTAINSTONE ROCKS! 12/21/2009

I am in shock that someone would bash Mountainstone Vet. I have been a client of theirs for several years and have had a wonderful experience every time Ive been there. Ive never seen them turn anyone away. Sounds to me like you must be difficult to get along with. ALSO what kind of owner lets their dog vomit and or have diarrhea for more than 48 hours without seeking treatment? The office couldnt help that you chose to sit in the parking lot for 45 minutes when theres an emergency clinic 10 minutes away that was open. more

Mountainstone Vet SUCKS!! 7/6/2009

I have had my dog going to Mountainstone Vet for 3 years and she had an emergency illness (diarrhea & throwing up for 48 hours). I was waiting at the door 45 minutes before Mountainstone opened. When they opened they wouldn't see my dog and wanted me to make an appointment OR I could sit there all day the receptionist said and MAYBE they could squeeze me in!! I called Keith Street AC and then drove from Stuart Rd to KSAC, the doctor let her come right in and saw her immediately! I will never take my dog anywhere else as long as I live anywhere near Cleveland! more

Whoever answered the phone at the time of your call, I didn't catch the time, but they are not a 24/7 emergency care center. I have used this vet along with my friends and family, for 15 + years and he has always been conscientious and caring. He does a lot of treatment with the homeless animal centers offering treatment and free care. Also, I have heard him on the phone, if he can't help and is not at the clinic, he refers them to the Emergency Animal Clinic. He has took in strays and never puts them to sleep. He either keeps them or finds a home for them. He will not put a healthy animal down. He is an exceptional veterinarian. I would recommend him highly. more

Go somewhere else 4/3/2007

I'm new in Cleveland and called this Vet because of the review given on this site. I mentioned to whomever answered the phone (I don't know if he was a receptionist or doctor) that the situation with my dog seemed serious and I needed to come in as soon as possible. The man told me I needed to go somewhere else because they were too busy to see my dog. Then he abruptly hung up. I will definitely go somewhere else and I encourage others to do the same. more

The personal at the Keith Street Animal Clinic are very caring people. They truly care about the animals that are entrusted to their care and they also care about making sure that the owner understands what they are doing and what is best for the care of your pet. more
