What a great photographer! Heidi did all my pregnancy pictures, and then after baby photos! It was comfortable, fun and I felt so special even on my bad hair days! Can't wait to return for another round! more

I purchased a living social voucher that included 1 8x10, 1 5x7, and a cd. The voucher mentioned two options Waialae ave or Old Ft Weaver Rd. But she only has one location on Old Ft Weaver Rd. The session was great, she was very friendly, and worked well with my son. I met her once to pick out the photos I wanted to have printed. The pictures were a little expensive so I didn't want to purchase too many of them. When we tried to place an order she didn't answer any emails or voicemails. We are still waiting for a response. I just want what I paid for. more

Recently had photos done with my kids, their grandma, and even our dog! It was a great time, with lots of laughter, smiles, and some crying from the little one but she got the shots even with my dysfunctional family! Extremely Satisfied! more

Great Experience! I have had my children photographed by other photographers, and none were as professional and made us feel as comfortable. The pictures were delivered to me, and they were very well done. The cost is right there with any photographer and you get what you pay for. You can really tell the difference with someone who actually knows what they are doing and all these people out there who simply buy a nice camera and think they are a pro. I would recommend Keiki Photography to anyone and everyone. more

I recently purchased vouchers through livingsocial to have a photography session with this person (Heidi?) at Keiki Photography. Then I checked online about your reviews and numerous other complaints about this business. Yikes. I'm scared to know what we're in for but it's already paid and no recourse on this. Her locations are at : 3442 Waialae Ave #3 or at 91-2176 Old Fort Weaver Rd. I'm not sure if this is the same lady that scammed you. Stupid me! I paid my money up front and it has been 3 months and I still do not have pictures back from her. I have emailed and called her a number of times and she is not returning my phone calls. Anybody out there, who has her home number or address, please get in touch with me (nelnam@hawaii.rr). I would like to give her a chance before reporting her to a proper authority. more

COMPLETELY AGREE WITH FIRST COMMENT. Took pictures with my baby and toddler. Photos were nice but absolutely EXPENSIVE. This truly is a SCAM and a RIPOFF. Not to mention that the owner is UNPROFESSIONAL and has no concious. The owner lead us to believe that all photos would be framed. She kept saying that the people that she goes to for the framing can do anything. She tells you how they can set it up and she rights down the order of the pictures so you are lead to believe that it will be framed. Well it won't. She simply gave us an envelope and had nothing to say about the framing. She just lost her location on Bethel, probably due to lack of business. So she pocketed all the money she was suppose to spend on our framing. But we got burned because she's smart enough not to write anything about framing on the receipt. She says photos will be ready in 3 - 6 weeks but I did not get my photos until 3 months later. She doesn't return phone calls or emails so I was lucky to get her personal number. She closed down her shop and has been working out of her home, so if I didn't have her personal number I never would have received my order. When I finally received my order I was missing many photos. I am still waiting for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous! And can you believe she did all of this around the holidays? How can she sleep at night? Would not recommend this photographer to anyone! more

Took newborn for photographs. Selected several photos from tiny proofs and paid upfront. VERY EXPENSIVE...especially for digital photography only. Told prints would be ready in six weeks. Thought photographer was sending to lab for printing, AS SHE TOLD US SHE WAS GOING TO. Got prints back, found out baby had frown on face, which wasn't noticeable in TINY proof. Complained. Photographer/Owner extremely rude about my valid complaint. After all, paid (IN ADVANCE) more for the prints than some people pay for rent. Photographer/Owner didn't return phone calls, unless I left angry messages. She's VERY unprofessional. Found out she does in house printing after all...no lab involved, so six week wait was just because she's too ""important"" to be more customer service oriented. Asked for portion of money back, as was going to return one print (it was too late for a gift already)...she reprinted instead (not at my request). She did not give back the money even though she said she was going to. Very unhappy experience for what was supposed to be a tender and happy time. Would highly recommend people not patronize this merchant. Cons: lousy service for high price more
