James was great. Arrived on time sooner than I thought. Answered all my questions. I have a very old unit and didn't feel like they were doing things that weren't needed!!Would recommend you to others. more

Excellent as Always 1/9/2018

I have been very pleased with the service I receive from Keefe's. Walter is usually the person who is assigned to us and he is always very friendly, efficient, clean and helpful. We purchase the twice yearly cleanings for the summer and winter to keep our unit in top running condition and they call us to schedule our appointment when it is time. Makes it very easy - otherwise I would probably forget. more

My annual maintenance program to service my A/C and Heating brings Keefe's Service Technician, Walter Yrle, into my home twice a year. It is a visit to which I look forward. Walter is a hands on professional with a calm demeanor, and smile on his face that exudes confidence in what he does. I know when Walter has finished his service, I know my equipment will be running efficiently and without worry. I would give him and the Keefe's team 6 stars on a 5 star scale! more
