NEVER BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE 3/8/2010

There was nothing on the lot for my son to get as his first car, when the youngest dealer heard that he was buying it he decided to send us off the lot for about an over while he called a personal friend to the dealership to drop off a car for my son to purchase. The cars condition looked great and had pretty decent mileage and it ran fair. We purchased the car and after a week the check engine light came on sp we took it to a dealer to find out what exactly was wrong with the car. The dealer found out that the whole under body of the car was rusted it has been repainted breaks were close to shot, airbags were not working properly and many other issues. After confronting the owners of KDK whit this problem they refused to do anything about it since the car was sold as is and they had no problem letting a 16 year old drive off the lot in this death trap. This people will screw you over anyway they can to make a quick buck. Pros: First rate bullshitters Cons: just about everyhting you can imagine more

I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO STAR RATING BUT THIS WON'T LET YOU......Do not buy a thing from KDK Auto. They tell you they inspect the cars. They DO NOT. They check to make sure blatently obvious things are okay (headlights, etc.) They tell you they will fix things before you pick up car and DO NOT. I bought a car from them - they said they fixed several things - I picked it up and the noise was even louder than before they fixed it. They tell you whatever they think you want to hear to get the sale. I took the car to my own mechanic who told me it needed over $2000 in work to make it safe to drive reliably. I demanded my money back AND GOT IT. I REPEAT - DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. Cons: TRY TO TALK THEIR WAY INTO SALES more

The guys at this place were very helpful and worked with me on the price so I could get the car I really wanted. I have had the car now for 3 months and it is still running strong. They helped me with a few small issues and went out of their way to make me happy. I got a used cal and it was almost like new on the inside and out. Pros: Car Prices Are Great Cons: None Yet more

Good Cars 4/28/2009

we saw a honda civic online, we went to see it about 45 minutes away when we got there we saw the car it looked great in person too, we got to look the entire car over without the sales people being pushy at all (I HATE THAT!) when we needed the key we a man came up to us and was very friendly and already had to key ready for us he was waiting for us!!! We took it for a test drive it ran GREAT, then we get back to the parking lot and the motor starts to idle real low almost to the point it was going to stall, we were just gonna walk away from it but the Mechanic came out and assured us he could fix it in 2 days, one day later we got a call to come check it out, we did, we drove it again....it ran great, We bought it I've had it for 2 months now, and NO NO NO NO problems what so ever. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE GOOD CARS GOOD PEOPLE....the only con i have is they smoke infront customers not a lot but it was enough to think ok this is weird....but other than that i would recommend them to anyone! Very Upset 3/21/2009

They agreed to meet me with my Escalade, I drove 3 hours to the meeting area, waited and finally got ahold of someone and they hadn't even left the lot yet. No call to let me know in advance. After 10 hours total that day with getting my Escalade I went home, they got lost, never showed up. I ended up having to pay for shipping. Which was also a few days delayed and they blamed it on the shipper, which was really their fault. They agreed to split up the downpayment and cash one check and hold the other, which was post dated even. Well they sent both checks through and now I'm left with almost a $1000 overdrawn in the bank with other checks they made bounce. And the owner so conviently doesn't remember agreeing to that even though they requested scanned copies all info and then sent me my vehicle, so tell me how he can say he don't remember, you don't send someone their truck if you don't know about the checks. You can't reach anyone and they are not good about returning calls. They like to give you sob drama stories of excuses to try to make you feel guilty. Then at the end he tells me they sell 150-200 cars a month that he can't remember everything, but I told him each customer is supposed to be treated as if they are the only customer and that he should remember everything and that has not been the case with me. I would NEVER suggest anyone to buy from them. They boast so much on their site for out of state buyers but they will make it a horrible experience in the end. I have already spoken with my attorney and I am now pursueing action. I have never had such a horrible buying experience. Cons: Everything more

A really great car buying experience. 2/9/2009

I bought a car from KDK in October 2008. When I got there, the SUV I saw on the internet did not look as good in person. I soon realized that many of their cars come from auctions and not all are going to be perfect or lookers. However, they allowed me to browse around and I found something really nice and reliable. They had a large selection of all kinds of cars from BMW's to Kia's. The guys took really good care of me and I felt good after the experience. I did not have all of the downpayment initially, but they did hold the car while I obtained all of the funds. The salesperson, Mike, made me aware that he could hold the car only for 3 days and then I would have to put more money down to hold it for additional time. They have good service and I would buy from them again. I didn't feel like I had been slimed, like I did when I shopped at Ganley. Pros: There are several different vehicles to choos from. The staff is friendly and attentive. Cons: The location was cramped. From my understanding, they were moving to a larger location. more

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing! 1/29/2009

I purchased a used car from KDK and, being a woman buying a used car and having heard lots of horror stories about used car dealers, I was nervous and skeptical, but decided it was the best way to go. 24 hours after I drove off the lot, the car died and I was devastated. I contacted KDK and they arranged for the vehicle to be towed back to them at no charge and told me they would evaluate it for me. Pros: Honest, Hardworking Guys That Want To Do Right By Their Customers Cons: None That I Could Find more

This dealership is so classy! All the salesmen are extremely friendly and helpful. As soon as you walk in you are greeted but not pushed. They all give you space to rekindle your thoughts. We recently bought a pontiac aztec here and it immediately overheated.Even though I signed a as is paper they still took the vehicle back and continued to do repairs until they had it just right.Not many car lots will show that dedication to not put out a bad car and hurt their repitation like the way they did.Since then I also bought a 97 escort from them that has been an awesome car. Pros: They do what needs to be done to make happy customers. Cons: The car overheated, but that was taken care of quickly. more

Great Place To Do Business With-Felt like I was family when it was all done! 6/8/2007

I was on the unfortunate end of an accident and wanted to replace my 99 Honda Accord coupe. After finding one at a great price at KDK Auto Brokers and calling Phil he told me that the car had been sold 2 days earlier. After talking further with him, he explained that he had multiple buyers always looking for cars and that he could find me a comparable replacement. Over the next three days he called me at least 4 different times on different Accords. He was able to find the exact car I had, in the color I wanted (silver with black leather) for a truly teriffic price. I came to the dealership and found the car to be exactly as he had said. It was spotless both inside and out and actually cost less than what I told him I was working with. Their staff was courteous and helpfull and made me feel like I was at home. I left with a great taste in my mouth and I have since told friends and family about my treatment at KDK. Would highly recommend them to anyone else looking for a car-truly a breath of fresh air in the used car business! Hope to see them again in a few years for my next car!!! Pros: Great selection at cheap prices Cons: Not enough customer parking-they need more space more
