My name is Joe Jenkins, Customer Service Manager for KDI Kitchen and Bath. While I am not familiar with any of these accusations actually taking place on one of our projects, I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss the matter with you personally. We are a family owned and operated business that attributes a great deal of our success to superior customer service, high quality materials at affordable prices and installation services performed by highly skilled tradesmen.(Tradespeople since one of our plumbers is female)
While some of our installers are sub-contractors, we have hand selected some of the most skilled installers with years of experience in their given trade. These installers work for us as the workload permits but also work on their own projects during our slow seasons to put food on their table for their families during these tough economic times.
Admittedly, a small number of projects experience difficulty in the construction process. We make every effort to resolve the issue to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. Our business thrives on satisfied customers, without them our doors would have closed years ago.
If this is an actual customer and not a competitor attempting to sabotage or reviews, I would derive the greatest satisfaction from you contacting me to resolve these matters.
