the parts and service staff were all very helpful on the repairs to my bike.. the staff seemed to know the answers to most of the questions i had.. got all my parts when promised, cannot speak for watercraft though.. if you spend that much money on a machine, you might want to check the fluids yourself if they are really that valuable to you, instead of trusting that someone else did your job as an owner.. more

After recently purchasing 2 Kawasaki ULTRA 250X's, we took them out for the first time and within 30 minutes, we were in the hole by two watercraft's which we had towed out of the water and returned to kawasaki only to be told by service members that the reason our ski's were inapperable was due to the lack of oil and fuel in the ski's. Hmmmm. If it was the first time taking them out and the sales associate assured us that they would be checked and full prior to us leaving w them, then I wonder how it's our fault and they think they can charge us for all damages and atop of it all, summber being over, What ill we do with the useless ski's now?? Maybe push them down a icy mountain?? we live in texas and texans love our summers and the water. We have no use for these and we're even told there is no way we can return them either. This place is not professional nor do they have any clue what they are selling. But hey, at least they get paid to be so dumb Cons: Don't take their word for it more

I purchased a personal watercraft from this Kawasaki franchise and they do not have comparable or what I consider necessary experience for properly selling/servicing watercraft. Additionally, their trailer vendor is inexperienced with the proper trailering of personal watercraft. Upon our first out of town trip with our personal watercraft, we discovered the trailer had damaged the body of our watercraft. We took it to another Kawasaki franchise who informed us the trailer was configured incorrectly for the watercraft. Kawasaki of Pasadena would not reimburse us the $250 we had to pay for the body damage. Even though we had the trailer modified, it simply is not the proper trailer for the watercraft and recently the watercraft almost fell off the trailer. We will only be able to take the watercraft on short local trips with shallow boat ramps until we purchase a different trailer. Pros: Southeast Location Cons: Lack of Expertise more
