Kaspar Landscaping

According to the State of NC and the Wake County Court Justin Kaspar was summoned, appeared and testified and lost this case. A judgment was issued on June 23, 2008 for breach of contract in the amount of $500 with interest of 8% accruing until the judgment is satisfied. Justin Kaspar has continued to fail in his legal and financial obligations. He has continued to whine that this court case was ""wrongly"" filed and that he lost. Justin Kaspar continues to blame his customers for his shoddy work. I have photographic proof of his shoddy work and copies of all the emails from him stating he refused to fix his mistakes. I would be happy to make these availoable to anyone who would like to see them or I could post them to utube. Obviously the Wake County Judge on this case agreed with me. Justin,pay your obligation at Wake Court. This judgment will not go away until paid in full and it continues to accrue interest everyday. more

Justin came out and did hardscaping for my house. He left his workers unsupervised and they botched the job. For example, he buried new steps below grade and said that ""mulch would keep the water from flowing down and swamping the steps."" It was our fault for not putting down the mulch. Well, we put down mulch and not surprisingly, the water continued to swamp the steps. He also buried two trees in hard clay and said that ""we should have provided the compost if we wanted it."" The trees are dying. He hit and broke our sidewalk with a bobcat. Said he would fix it. Didn't. Very Unprofessional. Steer clear. He'll tell you that he's reformed his image, but I didn't see it. more

KLC Landscaping is an inept company. If you check with Wake County District Court records you will see that there is a judgment against Justin Kaspar dated June 2008 for breach of contract for so called landscaping work. He has continued to fail to pay the judgment. He fails to stand behind his so called guarantee. He used poor quality plants and has no customer service. SAVE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.?
