Karma is the Best Salon EVER! Julie has done my RED hair for years and the color (with highlights) looks amazing from Day 1 to Week 9. My two teenage daughters and son all go to Karma. In addition to haircuts and coloring, Karma has helped us with Homecoming Up-Do’s, Teen Facials, Make-Up Lessons (makes the girls look like young polished ladies) and nails. But my favorite thing I get from Karma is my time, they run On-Time (or super close to it). You will walk out of Karma feeling like royalty. more

I have tried many salons over the years, but Karma is my top choice! I have lived here my entire life and have heard about how great it was, but had never tried it until recently. The atmosphere is soothing, the music is relaxing and the girls are great! My hair has never looked better! I also got a manicure while I was there waiting on my hair appointment (the gel kind) and they even added sparkles! What more could a girl ask for? more

Got my hair and makeup done here for a wedding with the entire wedding party. The staff was so nice and didn't seem to mind we took over the entire salon! My makeup didn't fade and I had my hair in simple curls and teased a bit. It was perfect for an outdoor wedding. Thanks, Karma! :) more

Going into Karma is like catching up with all your gal pals. The ladies there are so nice and sweet and really want to make you happy. I get regular haircuts and eyebrow waxes there. I have been to several other salons in the area, but I always go back to Karma because they always know what I like! more

I recently moved to the Buford area and I was unsure where to go to get my hair done. Karma Salon was one of the closest things to my new apartment, so I decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did! My husband even comments on how great my hair looks! I also tried a spray tan before my trip to the beach and I fell in love. I heard it makes you orange, but it definitely didn't. I highly recommend Karma when you are in the area! more

GO THERE!!!!!!!!! I have gone to numerous salons in Atlanta trying to find the perfect one. Karma salon and spa's service providers were amazing.i saw friendly smiles as soon as i walked in the door. Everyone from the staff was so kind, all stylist greeted me and complimented me, they made feel so special! I I was asked many times if i needed anything from a coffee, to a snack. My hair stylist Julie (the owner) consulted with me in the beginning and found a price just right for my budget. She even gave me a complimentry moisturizer treatment. I am so happy with my hair, I have never been more pleased! A BIG thanks to karma and it's staff! :) its awesome!!!! more

Worst place ever! \r If I could give anyone some advice it would be to not go to this salon. For one the girls have a very hard time following directions and doing up do's. When I asked for a specific hair up do the girl argued with me about whether the style was up or down. Then she could not do an up do to save her life. My hair in no way was worth $90! I could of done better myself and should have. Last the salon messed up with getting gratuity from me so they call me a week and a half later telling me they are charging my card for the tip money! Maybe they did not deserve a tip! Pure craziness! This is the worst hair salon ever! They need to learn how to please the customer and get a little more on top of the financial aspect! Never again! more

I was wanting to go somewhere new to get my eyebrow's done and add a little color to my hair and found Karma; it was awesome! Everyone was really sweet and I walked out loving my new hair do!!! I recently tried out Karma for the first time since moving to the area. I was very nervous about trying out a new salon but I decided to go anyway! I am SO glad I did!!! Everyone there was so nice and make me feel at home and my hair turned out even better then before! I already sent my neighbor and she went and loved it too and I even got a coupon in the mail for sending her there! This salon is super cute and I would reccomend it to anyone! more

WOW! I came on here because I wanted to write how amazing my experience was at Karma and I am reading these terrible messages from what sounds like very bitter women who like to complain. I have nothing but the BEST things to say about this salon. From the minute I walked in to the moment I left every single person was so sweet and helpful! Not only is it a beautiful salon, but it has such a good vibe to it! I would recommend this salon to ANYONE who asked me where to go. I hope anyone on this site will seriously take my words to heart and not listen to the comments before mine, which to be quite honest were just discusting. I think the name of the salon is just appropriate...KARMA! Karma is my salon and I am PROUD of it! more

Take my advice, don't go there. The owner will make you sit for hours on end and then when you complain about your bad hair color, she will go in the back to eat and talk bad about you. more

Wow, what a nut job that last reviewer must be! Probably another Groupon user who expects to get something for nothing. It's unfortunate that the web allows people like that to spew false crap about people just trying to do their jobs. I bet they also go to restaurants and order what the waiter recommends then refuse to pay the check. I don't work at Karma, but have been going to Karma for years and that's just not how they operate. If you want the best for your hair, go to Karma. If you want the cheapest, go somewhere else, cause I certainly don't want to have to sit next to you and listen to you complain! more

Horrible! They do NOT know how to color hair and charge extra for everything, if another stylist touches you there is another charge for their services too! They do not stand behind their horrible work and will not fix it and will NOT tell you prices up front! IF you like to spend $350 for a 1/4"" trim and hair color that sucks and makes you look like a dog peed on your head then this is the place for you! If you want to look and feel good at a normal price (half of what they charge) then DO NOT GO HERE! Julie the owner will lie to your face and say you can call back if you don't like it and she will make it right...well she won't...she will tell you she is not the stylist for you! more

OMG...I spent 5 hours in a salon chair on Friday and my hair is 3 different colors. I am so upset. They not only totally screwed my the color up, they burned my scalp. It's still burning from all the chemicals. The only thing I can do at this point is to color my hair a darker color. I didn't pay to be darker. I was that before I went in there.. What's worse is I told them what my hair would do. And after she rinsed my hair, even the owner commented how yellow my hair turned. I TOLD THEM IT WOULD DO THAT!!! My sister was a hairdresser for 30 yrs in TN. I know what my hair does. I know what you can and cannot do to my hair. .I told them how fragile my hair is...now I am not sure my hair will stay on my head...it feels like a horse tail and my scalp is still burning. I have 9 burn stops. My husband took pictures...I think maybe an attorney might be in order. I have filed a BBB report complaint and will be sending the Georgia Board of Cosmetology a long letter of complaint. Hopefully this salon will be investigated before anyone gets another license. more

I had my hair done at Karma yesterday and it looks great! I've been there several times and have always been treated with the utmost respect and care. When I want to feel good and look pretty, I go to Karma! more

Save your time, Save your money, And most of all Save your hair! There is only one word to describe my hair and that word is HORRIBLE! Everyone was very nice in the salon but they either do not know how to do hair or they did it on purpose to get more money out of me. I went in for blonde hair and came out with orange hair. When I arrived the wait time was short and everyone was very nice. I discussed with the stylist what I wanted done with my hair and she immediately started to try to get me to buy more services. I told her with The color I was going for she should have been able to achieve with color alone and no toner. I have had my hair done enough times to know how it responds to color. I told her I did not want any brassiness or orange in my hair and even told her she might want to mix some blue or ash to keep the brassy color out. Well she did not listen and told me in the beginning that I may need a toner and it would be 55.00. I told her we should be ale to get what I want with out a toner so I feel like it was done on purpose just so I would have to purchase the toner also. Anyway I sat there looking at my hair saying to myself Never Again!! I was not ugly and I did not say a word about how horrible my hair looked. Even the owner had the nerve to say your hair looks great which made me wonder is she blind??? I have been to a salon before where the owner would not have let you walk out with hideous looking hair because that is a reflection on her. I went to Sally's beauty supply and the lady working laughed at my hair. I laughed with her as I told her to hurry and give me something to fix it before anyone else saw it and started laughing. To the owner: either one, get better stylists, two, stop being greedy remember ""karma"" or three, do not let people walk out of your salon with hideous hair. It will only come back to hurt you and you business. Thankfully I was able to fix the orange hair with what the lady sold me at Sally's. It cost me 8.14. It cost Karma a customer and I will always let everyone know where NOT to go. more
