Kar Kraft Of Northborough

We have been coming here for almost two years. This is a family owned business. They are honest, friendly, and communicate very well with their customers. The owner Steve comes out to personally talk to his customers about the status of their cars when he is around. None of this mechanic lingo that most people can't understand. I feel like all the techs here want to educate me with options instead of ""telling"" me what I needed to do. more

This is the only mechanics I've ever been to where they have refused taking my money for fixing something minor after doing a routine job for me. Extremely fair and honest. more

A family member recommended this shop to me because I needed a few dents fixed, and after pricing around, I brought my car up to their shop and they had it fixed in a couple of hours! They were really nice and attentive to my concerns, and didn't rush me through the process at all. They seemed to offer me a great deal compared to what other shops quoted, so I wasn't too hesitant about spending the money because I knew it was probably the best deal in the area. They buffed out some surface scratches and did an awesome job with the touch up paint where the scratches were deep. more
