In my condo, I had partial engineered floors and partial carpeting that I wanted to replace. Everybody told me that my hardwood floors couldn't be refinished until a separate vendor referred me to Kapriz Hardwood Floors.
Sergey came over to look at the floors and told me he could do it. However, I still wanted to replace the carpets in the rest of the house and wanted the same laminate floors everywhere. We ended up not doing the refinish but I liked that he was the only one that knew he could do it.
Other flooring companies had sent me to Home Depot but I couldn't find laminate that looked nice enough. Sergey from Kapriz Hardwood Floors called me up to tell me that he was opening a new showroom. He had a lot of materials and invited me down to take a look if I was still interested. His supplies were amazing!! His hardwood, engineered and laminate floors were like nothing I had ever seen. They were all gorgeous.
When he had done the initial inspection at my apartment, Sergey had told me his thoughts on how the project would go. He was a true professional and made some suggestions that made a lot of sense and really improved the look. Still, I went online to check his references and everyone spoke so highly of him that I decided to hire him and his team.
Kapriz Hardwood Floors was great throughout the whole process. They did the job in the estimated amount of time. They were never even a minute late. They were supposed to show up at my house at 8 am every day and they were there 5 minutes early, every day. They even cleaned up after themselves. The end result was really nice and they did a good job. They had some trouble with one piece of molding so when they were done, the owner himself came in to fix it and make sure it was done to my satisfaction. He called the next day to follow up and asked how it was. My floors are so perfect and I'm very happy.
