I had them treat our lawn last year. Compared with others, their price is comparatively high, but the result turns to be no better or even worse. I had to buy extra weed killer from Lowes for my lawn, which means they, at least partially, failed in what they were supposed to do. Another odd thing, we did not ask them to treat our lawn this year, but they came and started to bill us. After communicating with their staff, we were told the contract is automatically renewed. Let us put it this way --- does a decent company renew any membership/contract without confirming with their customers or without sending out new contract? I do not want to say this way, but it is like a fraud. When a business starts to earn money like this, it is on the track of dying. We will never trust this company any more. more

Contracted with Kapps for a year of services. On the final visit they only treated my front yard(approx 1/4 my total property). When I called to complain they said they would make an adjustment on my normal $44 bill. When I was billed my total due was $39. A $5 adjustment for only doing 1/4 of my yard is BS. Rude customer servcice agent said they charge a minimum if $36 just to come out even if they only treat 1 sq ft of land. Doesnt seem fair that they charge almost full price for only doing a quarter of the work. DO NOT USE KAPPS!!! more

I have been with the company for 3 years and each year continues to get worst ! From the fertilizer burning up my yards , to the different technicians each week coming out unfamiliar with my lawn . To make things worst every customer gets harassing phone calls every month trying to UPSELL you other overpriced products you don't need . In my opinion the last few years of there management has ruined the companies reputation . I've also heard that are now currently making all sales calls to customers from there headquarters in Fort Wayne Indiana , and no longer are personally involved with there local customers or needs for there lawn . Sad to say the company is more worried about expanding Into there other 6 locations than helping there customers needs . Do not waste ur time with this company . Go to true green or Scott's !! Better price , same quality !!!! more

I use kapps lawn service from the Oakdale location. My lawn looks better than it ever has. Been using them for a couple years now and if there is any problems the girls in the office make it right and are always super friendly. more
