I wish there were negative ratings! I would give negative stars in a heartbeat, and I am not one to be cold, this is my first time leaving any kind of review on anything but This Business is flat out unacceptable and are bunch of insensitive and rude crooked bitches!!! I Brought them a gold ring that is irreplaceable to be sized, they measured it I told him that it was really tight and they showed me that it was correct that it would be fine, when I receive the ring it looks fantastic however it is too tight to be worn like I had said, they were off by an entire size, the down sized the ring and was incorrect and now the gold is to Worn to be Correct, and to top it off, if destroying my grandfather's ring wasn't enough they refused to give me my money back because they completed the work, even though the work they completed was incorrect and is now risky and unable to make correct, they are rude heartless thieving scumbags more

my husband bought a necklace from them for my birthday and I LOVE IT! Very well-made and the quality is excellent. The chain is also very sturdy. Beautiful piece! more

In 1991, I had a gold wedding band made with 6 small nearly perfect (their appraisal) diamonds worth $1200. Today, I was told the diamonds are worthless and the ring is only worth the scrap gold price. How is something that doesn't deteriorate become worthless? Someone lied to me - then or now. Take your business elsewhere! more

I took my watch to have the face replaced after a serious bang cracked the glass. Less than two days after picking up the watch, the glass started chipping off. I took it back to see if they could re-repair it and they told me that glass breaks and said they could fix it again but would charge full price. Horrible repair; bad customer service. Take your watch somewhere else. more

Went to sell 2.5 troy Oz 22k gold, was offered less than $800. Spoke with Empire gold, was offered $2k. They will rip you off, shop around! more

I took a $7000 appraised diamond to kaminskis, square, wanted to trade it for round, they told me my diamond was flawed and of poor quality, they gave me a much smaller diamond, round but of "better" quality. I took this diamond to a jeweler who told me that it was so flawed, he couldn't even buy it from me. He showed me what to look for in a diamond, showed me a quality diamond and then showed me the one I got from Kaminskis. I called to talk to the manager, she hung up on me. I will never do business with them again. more

Just picked up my weddings rings from being re-set into white gold and I love them! It took just as long as they promised and came out better then I expected. They were also way cheaper then what I was quoted at other stores. Don't listen to those bad reviews I think Kamiski's is great! more

My boyfriend bought me a ring for Christmas. Since my other one was too large for my ring finger which is a small five and a half he decided to get it sized. It took them ten days to size my very small ring and after only having it for a week my rings stones are coming out of place. This is a side effect from improper sizing. I am very disappointed. more

I went to the store looking to have the outside of a diamond watch cleaned. After asking a few questions about the methods of cleaning, the jewelry repairman told me I could clean the watch myself. He then called me "boy" and pointed me to the door. I guess the only thing more disturbing than this, is the owner was sitting almost in between myself and him. To my surprise she didn't do or say anything. Never again will I go back. more

My husband and I have been looking to upgrade my wedding set for about six months now and we were exaughted from feeling hasseled by every jewelry store we went to. It seems like every place we went to around the Marietta/Atlanta area pressured us to buy by trying to attract us to deals we just could not turn down! I heard about Kaminski Jewelry and decided to give it one last try. I went in there with my husband one day dressed in just jeans and a T-shirt, mainly planning on just browsing their selection. One of the sales ladies sat down with us and started showing us the diamond wedding ring selections.I asked her to also show us some solitaire princess cut diamonds at about a carat as well. She took her time and even went through the scale on which diamonds are rated to educate me on what I was looking to spend my money on. We ended up spending about an hour in the store and I had my heart set on a new white gold set with a 1.02ct princess cut stone. The whole time I felt like the saleslady really cared about what I was interested in and not what I was going to spend. My husband and I went home and thought about it, and the next day we came back and got the new set. I was able to trade in my old stone and set as well. They sized it and did an appraisal for free as well. After this experience I will loyally continue to do my shopping at Kaminski Jewelry. more

I had my grandmother's rings to sell and after going to several other stores I found that Kaminski's was giving me the highest price for her rings. I now have enough money to pay for my son's tuition next fall. WOW! more

After being a customer at Kaminski for years, I can honestly say I would not trust them as far as I could throw them. The qualify of their items is just horrible (I can find better made jewelry at Walmart!) and the attitudes of the staff? Goodness me. The "we are doing our best to cheat you" attitudes, particularly of the two buyers (a man and a young blond woman) have made me find a new jeweler. I would not recommend Kaminski to anyone, and recommend if you want to keep your jewelry in top qualify condition, that you keep it away from Kaminski. more

I got the BEST SERVICE at Kaminski's. They were able to make a pendant for my wife for exactly what I wanted to spend and she loves it. Would recommend to anyone. more
