We had an emergency in which we had to replace our central air in our home. My wife has MS and she needs to keep cool. So I had to replace the unit in less than 48 hours without being fleeced. Kalos replaced the unit in 36 hours with professional install that was beyond our expectations. Also their price was very reasonable. Great team, professional and skilled employees. more

Really Good Company 8/19/2010

I got home last night from work and the AC was not working at all. After calling around for about 1 hr. I came across this company. The staff is very friendly and the services and price was wonderful. more

Kalos Services Inc provides great service and price 8/28/2009

We purchased a new carrier ac unit from Brian at Kalos and it was installed last week. From the estimate to the final installation Brian answered all of our questions and offered the best price quoted by various contractors. We had a few minor issues with the installation with the trim around the front of the ah unit and he sent someone out the next day to correct the issue and install a different trim and painted around the platform to make it look really nice and completed. We are very pleased with their professionalism and timely installation since we were without a/c for 2 weeks, upon signing the contract it was installed 2 days later. I would highly recommend them! more

Great Service 10/31/2006

Both Bob and Brian were very professional. Brian actually supervised the installation. He met the deadlines and worked around our school's schedule. The project came in at budget and on time. Post-project follow-up was good also. I happily recommend them. more

Excellent Customer Service 1/27/2006

We just had a new a/c unit put in and Brian was excellent. He came out, gave us an estimate and even though the product that we received the estimate for was not available, he gave us a larger unit for the same price. We also needed some extra service and they were there within 15 minutes. This is the type of company that I will continue to do business with. more

Upfront, Honest and Professional 11/8/2005

I contacted Kalos when my a/c unit stop running. I was offered assitance over the phone for common problems with a/c units for me to try on my own. My problem was greater than what I could fix, so an appointment was scheduled and Brian arrived on time and provided an upfront estimate and explained in great detail what steps he would take to fix my problem. After the work was complete and my unit was up and running again, I was provided a printed invoice and a great price. If you looking for a company who is professional and honest, I would use Kalos. As a home owner, you always feel as if repairs are going to be expensive and time consuming, Kalos was neither of those.
