First, I called and was greeted by a friendly voice, Judy. Which was unusual compared to the previous doctor offices I've gone to and called that day. I got a well visit appointment for my kids right away (called on Friday, appointment was for Monday). I had no wait after filling out the paperwork. Dr Tom was very friendly, personal, and great with the kids (age 2 and 4). His exam was very thorough with both children. He even administered their vaccinations (which is a first, as well. I've only ever had the nurses do that). I have been to 4 different pediatricians in the past, and so far I like this one the best. I hope I continue to have more great experiences in the future!!
