Recently I decided to try Contacts. Went to a big box store where I was told it woudl be fast & easy. I had a terrible experience. A friend recommended Dr. Kaels and I was so happy I gave contacts another try. He is located in a darling little house on Arlington, simple easy parking and both Dr. Kales and his staff were so friendly & helpful. I kind of felt like I was in his home, not a stark office. My perscription & contacts are so incredible now I just love them. Dr. Kales always came out & greeted me and the other patients and escorted us into the exam room personally. We weren't put into a room and made to wait for the Dr. to come. I saw a lot families there. It was just a very pleasurable experience!
