My first time at Kaas Critters was not a good one! I love animals and what I seen in thes pet store was disgusting! About 95% of all the animals cages were filthy and smelled horrible! Feces in every cage and I'm not talking one or two piles, it looked like the reptiles cages hadnt been changed in over a week the birds cages were all nasty with feces covering the cage floors and perches and discarded food also covered the floors. They have birds right next to reptile cages with little air flow, guinea pigs next to lizards with just a peices of plywood between them, the store is overcrowded with animals in such a small space. Birds are piled 3-4 cages high, Lizards piled 5-6 cages high... even the fish tanks were alega covered, they have several large lizards, a 4 foot tegu in a cage just big enough to turn around and lay down in his own feces, 2 - 2 foot alligators in a small cage with barely any room to swim in the tiny tub. Every animals food dishes were empty and just about all the water dishes where fithy or filled with elgea. This place needs to be shut down because it is clear they don't have the proper education in animal care!
