I am having the same type of experience right now. I have been requesting breakdowns of fees and money being charged for over 2 months now with no results. I have talked to 3 people and have emailed another with no answers/results. They promise to get back to me and never do. more

I have been so disappointed with KS Management company of fox creek subdivision. The company that they hire which is Equity Experts to collect a debt has been so inconsiderate. They just keep on added these illegal fees to your bill, and it's so ridiculous! On 5/15/2012, I have asked them to please send me a copy of the break down fees that I owe, and they in response says that they cannot do that. I asked to speak with a manager and she tells me that he does not handle calls pertaining to this matter. Well who does? What kind of company tells you that you owe x amount of dollars but you can't get any proof that you owe it??? Something needs to be done about this and where does our money really go??? This matter has been ongoing since 2010. I have contacted Joe Benedict (property managemant) as well, I will give more updates to see if I receive a phone call back. more

I have filed a complaint with the BBB against KS Management because they have continued to impose late fees on top of a late fee without providing the documents stating they can do such. I have contacted their office many times trying to get this resolved, simply asking for them to tell me where such fees are listed in our By Laws. Joe Benedict, the property manager I have been trying to reach, refuses to return any of may calls to resolve this matter. more
