I wrote the last bad review and there is no "ax to grind" I just don't want anyone else to have to go through what we did. We tried to get our issues resolved with Auto body plus but they would not work with us so we had to take further action with the BBB, states attorney and lawyers, etc. We have pictures and paperwork to prove everything. I put reviews on all the places I could think because I want to get the word out and let people know...that's the purpose of websites like this...for people to share their experiences. Someone else may have had no problems with Auto body plus and that's great but what we had to go through with this place was TERRIBLE and I want to share it with everyone. I wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through it...especially since our issues are STILL not resolved. This place is very unprofessional and don't know how to resolve customer service issues. We are real people who went through real problems with this place...contact me if you need to, I'll show you pictures and paperwork. I wonder if any of the other "great" reviews are real people or if it's just someone trying to improve their ratings...so sad. more

The previous ratings are a obvious "red herrings;" someone with a ax to grid for some reason. Placing multiple poor ratings is a sure sign of that. I found Auto Body Plus to be a well organized and clean shop which displays exception customer service. I had to have a rear bumper replaced. Having an estimate done, the owner told me he would order the bumper that day, paint it the next, and I could come in the third day and have it installed, while I waited. He said it would take no longer than 2 hours. All went as stated and I arrived the third day for installation. It took less than 45 minutes, and Clarence, the body man, took time to buff out several scratches I had on various parts of my car. Tons of Kudos to Clarence!! Nothing but exception work, overwhelming customer service, and very high work ethics. Good job, Auto Body! more

This place has AWFUL customer service. They had our car for over 4 months! They were paid by our insurance company and they didn't even complete some of the work that they were paid for! The work that they did do was TERRIBLE. They glued parts on and you can see where the parts don't fit on the car correctly. They did work on the car that cost extra money and never asked us if it was okay to do. The invoice they gave us was hand written and it didn't show how they accounted for the money from the insurance company. I have contacted a lawyer and the BBB. I wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through what we are going through right now. Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE FOR ANYTHING! more
