I frequently recommend K&K to neighbors and friends as Ken has taken care of my vehicles on numerous occasions. It's the rare business owner and mechanic who will shop around for the lowest prices on replacement parts for you. Ken also charges reasonable rates for labor & is just a great guy you want to do business with. more

I experienced the highest level of customer service from the entire staff during my vehicle evaluation and repair. I love this business. I do not just trust any repair facility. One of a kind. 1/26/2011

The last time I took my vehicle in to K & K Automotive I had a headlight out, and maybe I wanted an oil change too. They did it in about 5 minutes. I didn't even have time to sit down. I was expecting at least a half hour, so I was surprised they had done anything. They were really quick. I have been using them for at least 5 years. They do my routine maintenance, and I have had my brakes done there too. One time, when I was strapped for cash, they were willing to work with me on that. It helped me out a lot. They also give their customers different options. If I need a part replaced and it is a really expensive part, they will let me go find it cheaper myself and bring it to them. Then they will put it in for me. Not many shops do that. Of course, they won't guarantee the part anymore, but working with me in that way is really nice. K & K Automotive is honest. I always ask a lot of questions, and they will tell me upfront what the problem is, what can happen, and what they can do. Then they ask me what I want to do with it. more

My experience with K & K Automotive has been great. I have used them for over 5 years. I first went there after receiving bad customer service at a near by shop, and have been going to K & K ever since. They are really honest and upfront. I have a really trusting relationship with them. They are very good at explaining things about what I need or don't need. I bought a used car that needed some repair and the guy I bought it from suggested that I take it to K and K Automotive. The people at K and K were so nice and polite that I have since had them work on my other vehicles as well. I highly recommend K and K Automotive because of their honesty. They tell you the truth and will not do work that is not necessary, whereas other auto shops will take you to the cleaners. They keep you updated on what is going on and go to extremes to help you out. I only wish I had known about K and K sooner! more

Great service 12/7/2009

For over 10 years, Ken has been servicing my family's cars (6 total). I have always found him to be fair, fast..... and on occasion when I've had an emergency, Ken has worked me in pretty quick. I would not think of taking my cars to any other shop. more

Good work at a fair price. They are willing to work with you. 12/2/2009

I have used K and K Automotive for many years to service multiple vehicles. Ken takes a lot of pride in his work and is fair. When I have an issue with one of my vehicles, we can talk through solutions and I do not get charged until they fix it. They have done everything from minor work to major repairs. They have put on new tires, installed trailer hitches, worked on my horse trailer, and replaced a radiator. They are currently putting in a second, new radiator, which is under warranty, in a car that has 125,000 miles on it. I recommend K and K Automotive because they do good work at a fair price and are willing to work with you. Anybody I have ever referred to them has been very happy. more
