Customer Service? Senior Meal? 2/25/2011

Improvements: A printed senior menu.. Other: The board said, "Seniors 2 - 5 PM $5.00". I stopped to have one of those $5.00 meals. I was told by my server to select from "this" part of the menu, which I did. When the bill came, the cost was $10.00. When I paid the bill, I said that I had ordered the senior meal and wondered why it was twice the price. I was informed that I didn't order from the "senior menu". I said that what I ordered I was told was the senior menu. The cashier just smiled and said thanks. I informed her I would not be back.. more

Something to please everyone 4/14/2006

Justin’s provides a dining experience that is different from all of the other restaurants in town. They have several really good choices on their menu, but the chicken tenders and potato soup are my favorites. We order for takeout more often than dining in, but both are always pleasurable experiences. The prices are reasonable. It’s a great restaurant for meeting with friends and family, and also for eating out with small children. I love the casual atmosphere! more

Considered one of Morristown's best restaurants 4/10/2006

Since I was in high school (many years ago), this has been considered THE restaurant for special events in Morristown. It's famous for its chicken tenders and potato soup. The soup is thick enough to make a meal. The salads are also great, always fresh. The service is always fast and courteous, although you might be pushing it to make it through a meal on your lunch hour. My only suggestions? Add more dessert choices. more
