Just Tires

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I bought four new tires for my Ford E150 van for $800, I also purchased additional Road Hazard insurance on all four. Three weeks later while driving on Hwy 540 at 65 mph my right rear tire fell off. All 5 studs had completely sheared off and the tire passed me by. I was able to stop the van without too much damage. The police said we were lucky it didn't flip. My passengers age my two disabled daughters, both are in wheelchairs and both were very scared. I had my van towed back to JUST TIRES and was told by the manger that it's been 3 weeks and it's not their fault AND they're not going to do anything for me. They wouldn't even replace the tire that came off because I didn't bring it back to their shop! I couldn't find it, the police couldn't find it and neither could the tow truck driver. REALLY? more

I spent over $1000.00 on 4 new tires, for my new truck, (off road) along with it I purchased an additional road hazard protection plan for $57.00. just recently I got a nail in my tire and took it to the Just Tires in Wake Forest to see if they could plug it for me, to which they explained thatthey didn't plug they patched from the inside.After waiting in the showroom for almost two hours they came to me and said they couldn't fix it due to the location of the tire, but since I had the road protection they would flip the bill and order me a new tire and said it would be here on monday of the following week, on monday they called me and said they forgot to put the new tire on the delivery truck, tuesday they did the same thing. here it is wednesday and there telling me the warhouse sold it to another store and I will have to purchase 4 new tires a different size. What does it take to get good customer service in this world, needless to say I went to SEARS to get my new tires. and I am s more

i had a flat and needed a fix so i remembered a tire place in wake forest, so i put on my spare and headed up there in my 95 subaru legacy, so they fitted a new tire and SAID that I was good to go...well during thanksgiving weekend i was headed back to my apt and and 100 miles from my final destination my car starts squealing and smoke fills the road behind me i pull off looking for a gas station where i called a tow truck service. $400 later my dealership calls me to tell me that my entire rear end HAS to be replaced due to the tire JustTires of wake forest put on. turns out it was bigger than the other tire and causing my rear differential lots of stress over time. i am NOT happy and WILL be expecting JustTires to refund me the $1,400 they owe me + the $400 tow fee more

We needed a new tire quickly. So I took the flat tire into Just Tires early morning had to come back to pick it up in a couple of hours. By the time I returned they had already had the tire balanced and had my invoice ready to go. All I had to do was stop, pay and go. They were friendly, courteous and gave me a great product for a great price. more
