My husband and I have lived at Juniper Meadows for almost 3 years and have nothing but nice things to say about them. The complex is lovely and is really well maintained, it has an almost tropical feel. The Manager of this complex is the best I have ever had, she is as friendly and caring as you will ever find and has residents get togethers as often as she can. The apartments themselves are the best value I could find in this area, they are large and well maintained. The maintenance person does an awesome job of keeping up with any problems you have… my garbage disposal died and he replaced it the SAME DAY! I keep telling them that the only way I am moving out of here is feet first!! more

Avoid - unless you like flushing your money down the toilet 10/29/2006

This apartment is a joy to live in as long as you dont want anything fixed. As soon as you complain (as an office member called it) the staff's demeanor changes greatly. Warm smiles are quickly changed to sighs and rolled eyes at your entering the office. For new apartments I have had problems that I had thought I had left behind in the college dorms. Bad wiring, faulty fences, and cool hot tubs to name a few. SO safe yourself some time and pain and leave this apartment complex in you rear view mirror. Pros: Close to my place of business Cons: to many to list. A waste of money and life!!!! more
