Satisfied customer 6/7/2011

This review is mainly a response to the ""buyer beware"" review. I have been a customer of Juniper Farms for 13 years, and have never had a single problem with them. My aging furnace used to break down at least once per winter, and they would always show up immediately, even on weekends or late at night. When it was finally time to replace it, they did the whole job and I haven't had a single problem with it since then. more

Buyer Beware 8/13/2008

Beware of this company. They encourage customers to budget for maximum anticipated oil usage, then if you don't use all the oil you paid for, they refuse to refund the credit/overpayment. They insist you take any credit balance in the form of heating oil at the following year's price which is unknown, even though the ""contract"" expires at the end of the heating oil season. They are a scam !! more
