It started November 2010 when I took a new pair of jeans (never worn) to have the length altered. I picked them up, tried them on at home, and they were still too long. I took them back to be fixed and was told to pick them up within the next few days. Not a problem except when I returned, she said an ""older gentleman"" had picked them up and took them without a stub. I still had my stub for pickup. She took my number and said to check in a few weeks because they should be returned when he realizes they do not belong to him. Several weeks pass and no returned jeans. She kept saying maybe your husband picked them up... he did not even know I had taken any new jeans to be altered and had no idea of this business. I took my husband and son back to assist and ""shake"" her memory and see if she ever saw them... of course, she had not. She offered $25 for the jeans and $25 credit for additonal services. The jeans cost more than $50! I accepted and decided to bring 2 blouses and 1 knit shirt for alteration and she quoted me $25 total. When I returned to pick them up.... SHE CHARGED $34!!! I am done with June and this business. Beware as it appears that clothing disappears and there is a ""communication"" barrier.
