I haven't had a ton of professional massages, but I have come into a lot of contact with customer service, and this was some of the worst. There was a huge debate over the gift cards I got for my friend, and only got worse. I was told the gift cards would be honored past the expiration date since they could not get us in for an appointment, but that was later retracted. I was very frustrated and fed up with this ""spa"" by the time we actually got in to get our massages. The women working at the service desk when you come in look down their noses at you when you walk through the door. Apparently they're extremely proud and stuck up about their precious ""boutique"", which is nothing more than a few racks in the front of the salon holding overly priced normal drab. A t shirt that I could have made was more than $120. This was not even the reason I was there- the massage was the point- but the women treated me and my best friend terribly. Snooty, stuck up, and horrible. Then, I only got a 45 minute massage but still had to pay for the hour because they claimed we were late- we arrived 2 minutes after the hour. I love getting massages, but will never go here again.
Pros: The massage therapist, Alma, was great.
Cons: Every other employee
