The Owner WRAYMOND SAWYERR is a poor owner because he treats his employees wrong by making them work in the hot store! I have came in the store and the store has been hot and when i asked a worker the worker said"" we arent allowed to change the A/C. I could not beleive it! he also has been rude on many occasions when i spoke with a few people who has stopped by the store. The needs to be some investigation on how he treats his customers and employees. he may have had a business for 5 years but he has poor people skills. with out some of the nice employees he would not have had a company for as long. ITS TIME FOR PEOPLE TO SPEAK UP. just terrible work ethics. i will not be returning what so ever and i feel bad for the workers. i rate the store a 1 STAR(poor) for his bad cheap service. more

Screw this Juice it Up. 3/22/2011

Now, I love my smoothies. I'm a smoothie-loving man. But this Juice it Up location is an area I will never be visiting ever again, ever. And here's why. I had come here with my daughter one hot day; she's a smoothie lovin' gal. She wanted a Mango Mania. A large black man took her order, and he was CONSISTENTLY RUDE TO HER throughout the entire process. And then he ""forgot"" to give he her change, probably thinking he could take advantage of her because she's a little girl. ...And then her smoothie was watery. I will NEVER return to this location again. EVER. Anyone who thinks they can be rude to a child, a little girl, does not deserve my business. more

Absolutely not true.This store has awards from Riverside county for continuosly scoring top 95% in cleanliness.\r Owner is in tune with the community making so many donations as can be seen throughout the store.\r Employees average working at this store between 2 to 3 years. \r Come checkout the store for yourself and you will see the truth for yourself.\r Thanks to all my loyal and faithful customers. Disonest Resturant 7/10/2010

I went to the Juice it up in Moreno Valley Ca off the the 60 and Day street. I was looking at the menu and a worker (I later found to be the owner Wraymond Sawyer) was rude to me and gruffly asked me ""What do you want?!?"" I said I was just looking at the menu and was wondering what would be good. He did not answer me, but just turned around and spoke harshly to an employee making a smoothie. He instructed the employee to use peaches instead of mango's in the smoothies because mango's cost to much. I looked at the menu and the recipe called for mango's. The franchisee is rude to his employees and customers and cheats his patrons. In addition the bathroom was locked and the entire restaurant, though clean, is in obvious need of maintenance as it looks dog eared and worn. I will never go there or any juice it up again. Pros: None unless you like being mistreated Cons: Poor quality product and you won't get what you pay for more

Watered Down Customer Service 5/6/2009

I'm a frequent customer of Juice it Up and was very disappointed at this location. I order the same thing when I go so after tasting the drink and noticing it was watered down and had very little flavor, i bring it to the manager's attention. Instead of making another drink the mngr pours it back in the blender, adds more of a certain ingredient and gives me back the drink. I thought this was in poor taste (not to mention the health risk since I did taste the drink). He gives me a BS reason of why the smoothie was watered down.(funny, I didn't get a reason for the nasty after taste as a result of overkill on the extra ingredient which did nothing good, by the way what was that?) He saved the store a few dollars by cutting corners today but lost a lot more down the road because I will not return and would suggest you try another location as well. \r Pros: Healthy Drink Alternative Cons: Poor customer service. more
