I hired Juan's team to come out on May 13, 2014, and clear out a huge, STEEP, landscaped area (100' wide x 21' high) that had gotten overgrown the past few years. As a single female homeowner, I had been trying to keep up with the work alone, but it was getting away from me as many of the shrubs, grasses, and bushes had really grown tall. The team showed up at 8 a.m. and ready to work! In a single workday, they had this entire area cleared of leaves and debris, had hand-pulled and dug out all weeds, had cleared out a large patch of groundcover that the cold winter killed out, had neatly trimmed 5 overgrown Maiden Grasses (about 15 ft in height!) and other large "out-of-control" bushes, and had neatly laid black mulch over this entire area, which really "popped" this landscape! Additionally they prepped, applied topsoil, seeded, and put down straw on my side yard where a neighbor's trees (thankfully recently removed!) had blocked out the sun and killed out all my grass. They also dug out weeds and mulched a very large flower bed around a tall Pin Oak that is just off my deck in the backyard. Outside of picking up mulch and topsoil (and Juan left one worker onsite trimming while the other three went for supplies) and a short lunch break, Juan and his co-workers worked NONSTOP (to the point where it honestly worried me as it was 87 deg with high humidity!). They cleaned up as they went, raking up all leaves and debris blown from the large area and Maiden Grass blades, piling limbs and other debris onto a large tarp that they dragged to the curb and then loaded up into their trailer for carryoff, and even blowing the street out front where they had parked their trailer and vehicles. Every team member was detailed, quality minded, and conscientious about the job and end result! They had a female worker who worked just as hard as the men! I am hard to impress and this company, both as hard workers and just "good" people, has won my heart AND my business! Would I hire them again - without hesitation!!!
