Had a plumbing emergency the day after Thanksgiving. Not only were they at my house with in a couple hours of our call, but the repair was fast, the tech was very helpful and friendly and the rates were reasonable. I would highly recommend them! more

Excellent Plumbing Company 11/21/2011

I like other fine people of Franklin, have been a part of getting the chance to experience the great services of Joslin plumbing & Heating. I would like to add that the folks there are caring and loyal to there customers and strive on meeting their needs of service and as quickly as possible. The employees of Joslin Plumbing go to all means necessary to make their customers happy and satisfied and also they take every precautions to protect their customers home and valuables while there performing their services! I would reccommend Joslin Plumbing & Heating to anyone for their plumbing & heating needs. Give them a call, I promise you want go wrong! Happy with service 4/21/2011

I needed two air conditioners serviced, so I called Joslin. They were available when I needed them, called before they showed up, and did a remarkable job servicing the units. John spent 2 hours cleaning the outside units, adjusting the dampers, refilling one unit with freon, and explaining to me what he had done (and how to adjust the air flow on my own if I needed to). I felt that for the service I received, the price was reasonable. And, they didn't try to sell me anything like some of the big franchises have done in the past. I would recommend this service to a friend. more

No showed 4/15/2011

My experience with Joslin is very limited. I called with a plumbing problem. They couldn't give me a firm time and date for the repair, but told me they'd call back soon to firm this up. They never called back. My overall impression was that they had more work than they needed and didn't want to be bothered with my problem. more

very impressed with the response, knowlege and job 12/20/2010

After calling two other companies to repair my parents heat and getting jerked around for several days a buddy referred me to Joslin's. They were out in about an hour to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately they had to order the motor but said they would be out first thing Monday and they were, installed and repaired both units in a little over an hour. No slacking around and explained everything to me in a way that I understood. They also do plumbing and I know my parents will need them again. Makes me feel comfortable knowing who to call when my aging parents need help. Anyone that has parents in there 80's can understand that feeling. They are also still a mom an pop establishment, I prefer doing business with small local business's, not big companies. more

Personal and local 4/7/2010

I came home from vacation to discover my water heater (18 years old) had died. Husband out-of-town and all local friends still on vacation, I had to go with what I could find and not wait for referrals so went with Joslin because of the positive reviews on-line. Best Plumbing and Heating Company 8/27/2009

I have been using Joslin Plumbing for 4 years. I was once again impressed recently by their honesty. I had a problem with a commode and the technician fixed it quickly and easily with a $5 part. What makes this so impressive is that a neighbor had the exact same problem with her commode but a different co. charged her $150 for the repair. Pros: Honest, on-time, professional, and reasonably priced Cons: None more

Joslin Plumbing & Heating Inc is great 6/19/2009

I called at close of business Friday, they sent a repair crew within 20 minutes. In an hour I had my ac unit cleaned charged with 3lbs freon and cold air again. All for a very fair price. Awesome!! more

Not Impressed with Repair 6/4/2005

After several phone calls for this company to come out for emergency work, they finally returned my call. With water leaking from a faucet and unable to get the water turned off the guy wanted to know if "this really was an emergency?" I realize they encounter screwballs, but my wood floor was already soaked and I couldn't get the water turned off, wouldn't you consider it an EMERGENCY???? After all was said and done and paying emergency service call fees (which I don't mind if it's fixed right) the faucet still has a very minor leak, but none the less, a leak which a friend has fixed because I won't call them again. I'm not impressed with their service. more
